Customer Service and Refund Buyer beware! I’ve been back and forth with to no satisfactory! They keep sending me the same information and I reply saying I don’t know what or how to find it and leave me alone! I know there is no refund coming they just scammed me so think twice about going to there online store!

Wish I had read reviews before I signed up for one week trial. Next thing I know they’ve charged me for a four weeks at AU$75. Good luck trying to get a refund from them. Devastated.

Amazing Customer Service – I ordered some swimwear and 2 out of the 4 items were too big. I contacted their support centre and they were more than willing to send out replacements. It was such a stress free process and they were very willing to assist in fixing my issue to my satisfaction. Never received my items! – I ordered three things, a total of over $100. They shipped to the wrong address. Even though it was their mistake, they refused to refund my items or send a replacement. Terrible, terrible customer service. Terrible experience. AVOID!

Won't stop emailing – I have unsubscribed over 30 times, haven't bought anything in years and the emails stop for a day and go back to receiving 3+ every single day. I have emailed them telling them to stop and it never does. They are spam, who email 3+ times a day and it's impossible to make them stop. Also the clothes rarely look as good as pictured. never again – Items were not delivered. after may emails back and forth and assurance that the issue would be resolved, I got a blunt email saying that my parcel was destroyed due to not being delivered for some time and they would not be returning my money and I could read their terms and conditions. returning the shirts that didnt fit, sent several photos showing the size differences and they sent me the information to return the shirts. I was made to pay for the return postage and when conveniently the shirts never turned up the company said bad luck. I will never buy from this company again.

So now I've waited 3 months for an item that isn't even going to arrive in time for the event I planned to wear it to. They now tell me it will take at least another 2 weeks before arriving. self-managed follow up to make sure there was any customer service at all. The shipping company lost/misplaced the package despite having a working tracking number and then informs that it must be taken up with the sending company. I find this complete lack of responsibility regarding a service 'paid' for by the customer to be appalling and quite frankly unprofessional. Wouldn't use or recommend this business to anyone and better just to buy elsewhere.

Cheap and doesnt look like the picture – I purchased a Christmas dress online through dress lily. The dress is made from a thin, poorly cut and sewn material. It does not look like the product in the picture. I bought a medium although I am an 8-10 in Australia and it is loose fitting. The tracking feature did not work so I was never sure it would actually arrive. tracking ID system did not work for me, It linked me to their tracking company website but did not auto populate my order ID data in it. I put in the ID no myself but the system just kept looping with no responses. I checked their website and could not find much to help here. Anyway it turned up at my door.

I read the bad reviews here and some google after ordering and thought perhaps im cooked , but it seems they came through for a first time buy. Im not sure I want to keep testing the waters here, My concern is I cant find a country of origin for this company on their website or google searches. Nothing is mentioned, but Im sure its overseas and to their credit, they ship fast.

For that reason this will be my only and last order. Im glad I got what I ordered but im a bit spooked now.

greatest quality, but the construction was quite good (well-done invisible zipper, double-rolled hem, seams all nicely finished, under-stitched neck facing). Fits on the small side (normally a small, the medium was just a hair too big but fine). No complaints at all!

keep receiving emails asking me to confirm that I have received my order when I haven't, and the only response I get is another email asking to confirm I have received my order. Would not recommend.
