The order was made twice. That's fine. I was informed a cancel link was available. I pressed the link and it shut down every single time. From my understanding cancel orders were have to be done in 90 minutes. I was 10 minutes in so I sent a contact to them with a photo demonstrating the time and the time that I made the purchase the two order numbers and which order number needed to be cancelled as it was a duplicate.

Attached is the email correspondence that I got from them. Acknowledging what I did but not being able to assist and remedy it when I did everything possible but their system glitched is very disappointing.

dresses returned but only 1 refunded. Their error not mine. I haven't received any replies from customer happiness team despite several emails. Poor customer service. I would never purchase on this website again as it's a complete scam and impossible to get your money back even if you abide by their return terms. I'm absolutely devastated as i now can't attend an event as I don't have a dress and Showpo haven't even given me a courtesy of a reply. Their live chat doesn't exist... like there just isn't one anywhere on the website.

money-I purchased (for my wife) two shirts Size 8, one exactly the same as last season ($49 half price), which worked out ok. The new season shirt was also Size 8 ($99) and 1-2 sizes bigger.
