purchased to come into stock. The website never said that it wasn't in stock at the time. I waited multiple weeks and it still was not shipped. I asked to remove the item from the order or send what's ready and the customer support replied that I had to wait for the entire order for them to be able to ship. Long story short, a couple more weeks later they sent the remaining order and cancelled the product that I had to wait for saying it wasn't going to be in stock anytime soon. So essentially, I ordered on 3/21 and got my products on 5/29 and waited for nothing. Second time ordering, products took, AGAIN, several weeks to come in.

blanket.. arrived squished with a ribbon that looked mangled. Instructions to wash to bring back to thickness.. sooo i washed it twice! Its thin and still had what felt like a greasy coating that didnt wash out. My hands were left with a film of something a fine waxy feel on them like petroleum jelly.. on using this my face felt irritated where it touched my skin. Its not the quality i expected I beleived that Oodie products were OEKO-TEX products but could not see a label that related to this on the blanket. I wouldnt buy a blanket or bedding that wasnt certifed safe! Soooo I sent an email to Oodie asking about the product i received. NO REPLY! Their customer service is not good , they did not get back to me and now i cant return it because I've washed it twice before using it.. Wasted my money and had to go out to buy another throw for my bed. Brought an Aldi throw and its got OEKO-TEX label, its thick and cosy and quality is what i wanted at half the price.

Love this product. It looks great and it’s super comfortable. I actually ended up wearing it more out of the pool than in, including on the flight home from my vacation. Highly recommended. I will be getting more in different colours. Show details

not care at all. They kept asking for receipts from the post office for the weight of the items not realizing that they’re the ones that provided me with the return label. I didn’t have to purchase a return label from the post office. They wanted me to prove that I sent both items back in the bag. I’ve been purchasing with this company for years, and I will never purchase from them again because they did not credit me back for the item that they carelessly lost in their warehouse. The customer service team does not care, the managers do not care, they do not care about anything but money. I will never be purchasing from them again. Save your money and purchase anywhere else. Their return fees are also ridiculous.

Honestly they’ve been pretty reliable. The fit is comfortable right out of the box and didn’t really need a long break-in period, which was a nice surprise.

bikini, the most recent one I bought was noticeably smaller by several cm width and height of triangle cup. You can’t return for free and can only get store credit so it suck’s that they defend inaccurate sizing. Customer service kept justifying that their products vary in size between styles - yet the size guide doesn’t vary at all so you are you supposed to know that one triangle bikini will fit versus another that won’t even cover enough to be acceptable to wear in public? Super disappointed with my most recent experience and won’t be shopping here again. Previously had fine experiences. Products aren’t great quality but are reasonably priced. Now I’m super put off by the dishonest practices

there is no ability to leave feedback or a review of any of these items on the website to warn other people. This is the fifth time I have been forced to return the items I've bought because they are either poor quality (broken seams or poor quality material) or broken clasps, dirty as though the bag has been used for a long time. I made the mistake of using a voucher to get it and so any returns is only giving me store credit, thus I need to go through even more BS of receiving things, getting store credit and trying to find another laptop bag. I would not be giving them any more money if I had a choice in it.

After 5 attempts to buy a laptop bag, I have no way to warn others of this. The Iconic has simply added the faulty items to be recirculated so that some other poor sucker will buy it and if they are desperate or don't have time, they will keep the item, despite it being broken. A disgraceful and scammy online store I highly recommend you give it a miss! The most recent bag I purchased was a Cobb and Co. Kemp leather laptop bag. returned the dress within the 7 day return window and got a refund for the dress but they refused to refund my postage costs saying that the dress wasn’t faulty. Even though the dress measurements were closer to their size Small not the size Large I ordered. The customer service from Eliya The Label is terrible - they choose to reply to some of my emails and not others. Like other reviews I have read they ghost you and then try and lie. They sent me measurements of a dress saying it was the one I returned but it wasn’t as the pattern on that dress was in totally different placement and when I pointed it out they didn’t answer my email. Don’t buy from this company.

Shortly after I received an email that the dress had been delivered. It hadn’t.

I reached out to their team and they essentially said I had to work with my local post office to figure it out, taking no ownership. After working with my local post, it was found that DHL, who Abyss by Abby works with - mislabeled and misdelivered my dress. Mind you, I pursued this all on my own without any support from the brand.

Still not having my dress, I emailed them asking them to refufill order as the wedding was approaching. They no longer had my size.

I asked them to send me a larger size and now I’d have to cover the costs of alterations on a short timeline.

Well I received the dress today. Tried it on before my alteration appointment and it REEKS on body odors. Cannot believe it and am beyond disappointed in their support, due diligence, and brand as a whole.
