absolute fortune. Bought a selection of dresses so was so expensive and I had absolutely no idea that there was a no return policy. Well you can return clothes obvs but you just get a credit note. also paid for the return, then after posting it through Australia Post as advised by Nashie. Waited for a couple of months and still haven’t received the exchange so I followed up with Nashie as to where the exchange request is at. Nashie have advised they haven’t received the return, and will not exchange the shirt, nor provide a refund I’m assuming seeing as they haven’t offered me one. Australia Post only holds tracking numbers in the AusPost app for 90 days so I can no longer track the package. Even the text from Australia Post is only valid for 30 days. Terrible outcome for me the customer to have purchased a $90 rashie, then paid for postage on top of it, plus paying again for return postage, only to be left with nothing at all. I’ve only written 1 bad review for an online purchase in my life and I buy online a lot, sadly this is the second bad review I’ve ever had to write. Very disappointed with my experience and will not shop with Nashie again.

The prices and delivery cost were very reasonable for secondhand books (a fraction of the retail price). All of the books (cookbooks) were in brilliant condition, and delivery was super fast. It's also great to be able to support a worthwhile cause with my shopping.

telephone and I still haven't seen my item or refund. I have received many emails advising me of status updates with case numbers, but nothing is done to rectify my missing items. This is hugely disappointing. I will never use Ezibuy again because of this broken trust and lack of customer care.
