Worst customer service experience. They charged me for the items I ordered on 02/02/2025. It is now 18/03/2025. I have followed up more than 5 times on my order. for an update. And they don't have a phone number that works to be able to follow up. Essentially, they've stolen my money and I can't retrieve the funds as the CC I purchased the items on is closed. If you want customer service, then find alternate online stores to buy your products from.

very helpful customer service – I ordered contact lenses which were not despatched within the expected time and were not going to arrive by the time I needed them. Contacted customer service who said there was a supply issue, they sent me some trial lenses as an interim solution then tracked down my order & sent it express so I would receive it in time

Excellent service .. fabulous price – So happy with this service. I have ordered from them for two years and will not go anywhere else. Cheapest price for my daily contacts, and they are shipped in days right to my door. Thanks so much for your service!

Returning customer – I have purchased from this site few times. Fair price and shipping is really fast. Got the lenses the next day on standard delivery. Definitely will buy from this site again.

ordered green contacts and they did not change the colour of my brown eyes – I ordered green coloured contacts and they did not change the colour of my brown eyes at all. I emailed to explain this and ask if I can choose a stronger green colour or receive a refund and they did not allow it. I am very dissapointed.

Cant live without – Very prompt delivery. Seem to hav troubl seeing distance. Could need an update eye test. Would like more selection of colours. Turqoise for instance.

Not what i expected it to be – At first I didn't get all the lenses I bought. 2 30 days boxes where missing so I had to call back to get them to send me the rest. Next I thought I payed the bill but two months later i got an email saying that my payment hadn't gone through so I had to pay everything directly. It was hard having to spend so much money all of a sudden that you didn't planned on.

Company is real and delivered fast – As the site looked a bit dodgy and the prices were very cheap, I did question the legitimacy of the company. But I ordered two 90 packs, paid for express delivery, and they came the next day. I will definitely be using these again. Show reply

different type of lenses which would arrive within days. The new orders cost total was about $30 more than what I had paid. When i asked how the difference would be paid, I was told, "There will be no additional cost to your credit card as we do really appreciate your continued support.". How awesome is that?

Great price and responsive service – Will definitely use eContact Lenses again. Had initial issue with their phone number not working, but excellent service via e-mail. Lowest price I found online and my order was received in Sydney extremely quickly.

Extremely Happy – I have always had to wait a few weeks for my contacts, sometimes even months due to them being out of stock and I was so amazed to see my contacts arrive in a day! That’s right! If you want the best, the best is Annyck, Amanda & Nikki! – Your eye health and your health in general should be first priority, however finding a trusted, extremely experienced group of professionals isn't easy! Reorder – Econtacts is great - quick and easy and fast delivery. One issue though is there is not Reorder button. Every time I have to enter in my prescription and its a hassle. Can you add a quick reorder button on purchase history? Thanks!  Show reply
