they didnt provide solution. very disappointed. I have trusted Electrolux and be rewarded with bearing the cost of your product failure. Electrolux, take responsibility or provide affordable solution!

Don't touch Electrolux terrible product and even worse support – Hob plate feet fall off with in months of purchase, Gas ignition started sticking about a month after we installed. After multiple calls to their service center we had the rubber feet replaced. but their support is the worst i have come across. We are making a formal compliant with the Department of Commerce in WA as this produce was not fit for purpose it was sold for.

Not a pleasure to cook with at all. The poor design means the base of the pot sits too high from the burner and too far away from the gas/flame.

We are still having issues and waiting on the service technician - again, to attempt repairs.

Regarding customer service - more the question, what customer service?

Twice, I've booked a morning service appointment - and I might add, no specific time given here, just a window of 'sometime in the morning' - only to have the technician arrive after 2 pm on both occasions! On phoning after lunch to ask the technician's whereabouts, I was rudely told, "your job is on the list, the technician will get there when he can".

We will never buy any Electrolux appliance again.

The quality of the items, and lack of customer service is appalling.

Think twice before buying another!! – Our cooktop is only 2 years old and have been told to replace the feet on the trivets every 2 years!! 16 of them at 24.20 each!!I I think not!!

electrolux is not helping my problem with trivets – I am same problem with trivets that rubber feet fall off from the trivets. Trying to replace them but not help from electrolux company. I would like to said that the electrolux phone service is poor quality, they just simple not answer my question or just shut my phone down. I will not buy any products from them in the future.

Same problems but by late 2014 Electrolux are helping – I have the same problem with my Electrolux Gas Cooktop EHGC77BS where the trivet feet are dropping off due to the heat. However in my case the company are replacing trivet feet at no cost to me. This lobbying for better service on this website appears to have paid off.

Not happy – Our cooktop is abt 3 years old if that and the trivet feet are all loose and the trivet for the wok burner completely snapped in half now looking to buy another trivet and it will be about $147.00 to replace and the feet themselves are $14.00 each. No help from electrolux at all. Will not buy electrolux again!!!!

degrees when its cleaning. the heat started to damage the kitchen cabinetry. just out of warranty, but lucky we had purchased extended warranty, from the retailers insurance, as electrolux didnt want to know anything about it. could have caught the kitchen alight. i tried to get them to pay for the kitchen repair but no luck.

same problem can occur if you have a blackout while doing a pyrolitic clean. no fan means no cooling of the oven cavity.

poor customer service by electrolux in my opinion. we spent over 5000 and they couldnt care less. i would have expected if a product nearly caught my house on fire that they would be concerned.

and cracked the glass cook top - 2 weeks out of warrantly. Was told that they would consider replacing the product this was November 2013 it is now Feb 2014 and i have been informed that this is not covered by warranty!!!!!!!

Electrolux choose not to honour its' products capacity to fulfil their stated functions - I will be choosing not to purchase any Electrolux products in future. ("Electrolux is renowned for forward thinking innovations designed to meet the real needs of consumers and professionals.")

Not Good – Yes, rubber bushes have fallen out of all my trivets within a year - try gluing them in but they still fall out and no, I only cook for 2 so no heavy loads. Very difficult to get the top clean - tried everything from steamers to degreasers but it still looks awful. And finally, the wok cooker on LPG model is just hopeless. Nowhere near enough… Read more

rubber, electrolux replaces the whole trivet, which seems like a bit of a waste. The coating on the metal parts of the hob flake off. Again, instead of just replacing the metal parts, they replaced the whole glass hob and front. And now it has flaked off again.

Terrible – A very poorly manufactured product with serious design flaws. Glass is not practical for gas cooktops. The only reason to buy this is for the modern design. Looks streamlined and sleek. not easy to remove. Glass cooktops are great if the surface is totally flat, like an induction cooktop. But when you are trying to clean around the gas outlets, its a nightmare. I also agree with the previous review that the build quality is very poor - the metal flakes off and the rubber on the trivets is deteriorating after only a month of use. There is another serious design flaw - the glass surface sits about 4-5mm above the benchtop,leaving a gap in which crumbs and debris accumulate. The cooktop ignition has also already failed on one of the burners.
