Pros: excellent cooling and heating power without draining electricity. a very good machine with 5 year warranty

Cons: does not hold the swing operation in memory. need to switch it on everytime
Overall: will recommend this to anyone. i have a installed in lounge with 20 square meter area and it takes minutes to cool/ heat (ESD12HRB)Heating is extremely efficient, costs 1/2 as much to run when compared to those small fan heaters. i havent seen a big jump in my electricity bill since i bought it 8 months ago. loving it so far..
