Electrolux ESE09/12/30HRA

Product has been great – Moved in 12 years ago and the unit was here. Don't know how old it is but it has been great until now. We are used to the heat and only turn it on when temp rises above 35 which can be quite often especially the last couple of years. Except for the issue now it has never let us down. At family gatherings when the house is full the younger generations (being soft) will always turn it down to 20 to 22 degrees and it has always handled it fine.
