Electrolux ETE4200SC

Bad – Would not go near Electrolux again. Delivered two severely damaged products (large dents to the side of the fridge door) within 24 hours. The problem was booked as a service call. Told I would have to sustain two more visits to assess the door and then have it replaced. And it was considered a warranty issue! Customer service was rude, unhelpful and determined to toe the company line on the legality rather than accepting responsibility for providing two poor quality damaged products. I still have a fridge with a severe dent and a noisy fridge. Was initially attracted by the handles, glass shelves and door space. Good freezer space. Not enough room to get two decent shelves of space, poor lighting, noisy engine when boosting cooling to fridge, meat compartment too small and one large bin for all vegies and fruit has you constantly scavaging through the drawer.
