Not suited for me – The pillow is thick and very firm. It was great for the first 2 months but now it's worsening my neck issues. After about 6 months of use it has made my neck issues worse. I'm dissapointed that it doesn't work for my neck/body type, but reaching out to customer support they were willing to work things out even after 6 months of initial purchase. Show details

Doesn't Match the Glowing Reviews – This pillow is very supportive, but it has no "give". It has a high loft and honestly feels like sleeping on a rock. Perfect pillows at last!!!!! ☺️ – I have tried all different types of pillows, starting from natural to synthetic. This is my best ever pillow, Ergoflex, great thickness and firmness which allows me a good night's sleep! The weight is also right, stays under my head while other pillows slide away. We love our pillows and value for money – My husband and I are big fans of Ergoflex mattresses and I have to say that we are also big fans of their pillows as well. They are your regular size and shape and seem to be of a medium softness. We have had the pillows for a few months now and are still in love with them. Just recently we treated ourselves to some silk pillow cases which really complement these pillows very nicely. Value for money!  Show details

Way too hard – These pillows are quite firm and high. While you do sink in a bit, they remain quite high profile and I kept waking up with a really sore neck. Gave up after a week and brought another brand Memory foam can be quite comfortable but these aren't Way too firm and high
