Horror – Have two Euro appliances and are temperamental at best but the strangest is that the settings printed on the shiny metal panel just wipe off!!!! So you cant clean your appliance without rubbing off the settings. Even with the softest of soaps they just wipe off? If a company cant even get that right, what hope is there of functionality?
De Ja vu – Wow. So after reading the bad reviews I am glad it's not just me. Got this with house so warranty with previous owner. Having not had a lot of dishwashers I now realize it's not normal to have to manually switch it forward as it gets stuck at multiple times during the cycle and often stay up late 'babysitting' it incase it gets stuck again. Its… Read more
also interesting to see that it isn't normal to only fit 2 to 4 plates in to avoid the wash arm hitting them. Also as one reviewer put it sometimes it cleaned well but then many other times many dishes and cups were still dirty. Also having waited about 3 or more hours and using who knows how much power and water u certainly hope they would be clean!!! Not sure if it is still available new but I recommend anything else - new or second hand. ... Looks shiny and sometimes cleaned stuff. ridiculous design, broken dial, doesn't always clean, can't fit many plates, needs to be 'babysat'' or will run all night.
Extremely poorly designed and built – Such a terrible machine! For starters, it doesn't have enough room on the bottom shelf to fit normal sized plates without interfering with the upper spray arm. We can only fit two plates per wash. Secondly, the upper spray arm is poorly designed and keeps getting small bits of debris caught in it, blocking the nozzles. Unblocking the nozzles… Read more
is very difficult and time consuming.
Thirdly, it never washed very well, but has got noticeably poorer in the last few weeks. It seems like the heating element has failed.
What a piece of junk!
poorly designed, doesn't fit much in it, nozzles get blocked, doesn't wash well, heater fails quickly
Cheap and Cheerful – We purchased this dishwasher to go into our newly built home and budget was definitely a big decision maker. But we were presently surprised at the performance of this machine. Simple, very easy to use and quiet. Had no problems so far and is used on a daily basis to clean everything from general dishes to bakeware. Price If you open door without switching off it will beepat you until you close the door.
Great for a starter dishwasher – I used one a few years ago now in an only house, the rotary dial was a bit noisy and it was a bit on the cheaper side. It was a great dishwasher when I used finish tablets though and it could take the pots I used too. Only issue was the water rating which was quite high but it was ok for my first dishwasher. Washed fine! Noisy
Washes well - great for a rental property! – This Euro Appliances dishwasher washes well, its simple and very easy to use as well. I have had a good experience over the past 4 years for the dishwasher for my rental property and it has so far lasted being used almost every day. It washes well as long as decent detergents are used. The stainless steel finish looks great and suits a new kitchen… Read more
too. I have not had any of the experiences other people have had.
I purchased mine at [link removed] for $500. I think the new model is actually cheaper now. Washes well Not as quiet as expensive brands.
$450 bucks and so far its decent! – I was thrown in one of these dishwashers 6 months ago a kitchen package I purchased. The retailer had a deal on and it came with 2 years warranty. It washes well so I don't have any problems with it. I was told to run a cycle once a month with nothing in it all and it washes fine - just as good as any other that I have used. Once I have had a few… Read more
dirty plates but after using tablets and rinse aid I haven't had a problem since. Affordable, washes fine Somewhat a little noisy at times
Washes well – Washes well, I have been happy with my purchase. I haven't experienced the problems other people have so I am happy so far. I use finish tablets and I am pleased with the results. It's no Miele but it does what I need. Washes well, very happy
Faulty products – Have 2 dishwashers in two separator premises. At the same time, they were not washing properly and took 6 hours to complete cycle. Were still under warranty. Euro would not repair, stating nothing wrong with them, and that all it was, the filters needed cleaning. Since then, I have paid another company to repair them, they replaced the thermostats… Read more
on both of them. Products are cheaply made and do not last. Have had lots of problems with Euro appliances.I will never purchase from them again. Also bad customer service from Euro Service.
Bad Service, not repairing faulty products. Warranty not honoured.
dont buy – have bought 4 euro appliances as a package deal through kitchen trends at buleigh heads on the gold coast. we have had 2 dishwashers break down due to thermostat issues and when we had the second one we could not take the warranty from the installation of the new one. 2 microwave ovens broke down and now our wall oven is also broken. i would not… Read more
recommend buying any products from euro.
bad service warranty, bad customer relations, inferior products
Bad – May as well handwash my dishes because a majority of the time that's what I end up doing anyway. Would never buy a Euro product if I had the choice again. Stick with the larger "Australian-made" brands. Cleans my dishes SOMETIMES... Rarely washes all the dishes in the cycle (tends to bake on bits of food to the items MORE than before they went in… Read more
the dishwasher, meaning I have to soak and handwash all these items following a 2hr cycle)
Loud clicking noises all through the cycle
Moved into a 4 year old house with this dishwasher, had to send it away to get fixed - TWICE!
Dishes (especially glasses) always have an "off" smell about them if you leave them to dry in the dishwasher
The "quick" and "half" options are a joke! They do nothing but swish a tiny bit of water around.
OK – I to brought the washer in a package deal, after 12 months the thermostat stopped working, but to Euros credit i called them and had no problems getting service and repair actually their customer service was great. Unfortunately though the dishwasher has again stopped functioning properly just pumps all time and doesnt suck any-water the washer… Read more
is nearly four years old, but considering it was a cheap washer and it really did do a good job with the dishes i think it was value for money although this time i will be buying for longevity, what can i say you get what you pay for. Euro has great customer service, the washer did do a good job with washing my dishes. Looks really nice and had no problems fitting things in, and functioned quietly. Thermostat went when it was 12 month old, now nearly four years old and doesnt suck any water through just drains all the time.

Know better, choose better.
Terrible – Would not recommend - would have been better off spending more on a quality dishwasher! I have to be at home to put the dishwasher on and can't even put it on and leave it when I go to bed. Not happy at all!! Cheap price in package deal and it actually looks nice in the kitchen. Normal plates hard to fit in, have to manually change dial to next wash cycle, doesn't always wash well
Have 2 Euro dishwashers, both have thermostat problems. Euro Service will not fix. Have a Euro… Read more
OK – We've had this for about 4 years. Its cheap but I'd say definitely value for money. The wash quality is actually pretty good and it rinses pretty good too. The controller malfunctioned after about 2 years and cost $200 to repair. The on/off button gets stuck (so now its permanently 'on') - we have to turn it off/on at the power point (annoying).… Read more
Larger plates can't fit in the outer edges of the racks. Otherwise it has served us pretty well, although I doubt I'd buy this model again. Looks nice, does a good job of drying, cheap. Noisy, long wash times.
Terrible – i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.I can not use it regularly because it chips the plates and doesn't wash properly. I had many days where I hand washed it all after being in the dish washer. Pretty quiet compared to other. Chips almost all of my plates and the controller broke with in a month and now have to manually change to every wash cycle. outside can get extremely hot.
