on hold, then hang up, so tried again and was told to press 0 and they would ring back, I waited 4 hours, rang back again to be informed that their opening hours were from 9am to 4pm. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Heartbroken – I bought this for the first time my beautiful Ragdoll only had a couple of fleas she has just died in our arms the most horrible death. We are just heartbroken. The product was applied properly to her neck her behaviour changed a few days later, now here we are just over a week later. I have to rate one star as I can't give it 0 – Found more fleas one week after used. I picked 5 fleas from my cat, it was only one we saw before. Feel so stressed, I don't want to close my cat until I bought another brand. And my cat was unhappy for 3 or 4 days, it didn't want to eat. Not recommendation for it at all. Show details

Do not use on your cat – Dont buy this product, my only experience using it was negative. I applied it as directed and it has made the flea problem worse on my poor cat. It has caused my cat alot of distress as the fleas became more active after treatment. They stayed on my cat but became super active/aggressive. My cat reacted badly, she can't rest at all. her head constantly and scratching and shaking all over. So distressing as a cat owner as well to see your cat so badly affected. She hid for the first few hours. This product should be discontinued. Wish I read the reviews first. I looked them up straight away as her reaction was immediate. Will stick to vet products in the future. Much kinder and more effective.

Empty container – Packet was empty when I got home. Other two packets contained product. Poor quality control. Sometimes this product removes flea and sometimes it does not. I do not recommend this brand of treatment.Woolworths refused a refund. Show details

Don't use this product – My car started vomiting within minutes of me applying it and didnt stop for 12 hours. She had to go on an iv, she nearly died. Even the vet said do not use this product. Why do they still sell it in Woolworths? Show details

It’s rubbish. My dear cat still has fleas 8 days after treatment. I’m literally trying to pick them out – My dear cat unfortunately still had fleas eight days after initial treatment. Does nothing to eliminate fleas – This product did nothing at all to eliminate or even reduce the number of fleas. It simply did nothing at all and was a total waste of money. Cat never got sick. I would advise people to never buy this product it is a total waste of time and again does absolutely nothing to treat fleas. At all. Show details

Don’t buy!! – Worst stuff on planet earth, Burnt my poor Ginger’s neck, my poor baby, I thought it burnt him straight away when I applied this. - And yes I was correct!! immediately taken off the market as it seems that it is a common problem. It’s nasty and I feel so bad about using it and causing our fur baby harm. Obviously we will never use this product ever again. Definitely worth sticking to vet products.

Terrible product – I put this on my cat this morning. She immediately started foaming at the mouth. She was extremely unhappy and running around the house shaking her head with foam flinging everywhere. I called Exelpet and they told me to wash it off, waste of money.
