Poor delivery & Zero Warranty Support - AVOID – Ordered a phone not available in Australia. Website said they were in stock, but Expansys took excessive time to deliver. GREAT pricing , unmatched in AU – Have read other reviews and can't understand others gripes. Yes they are overseas , but that's why their cheaper. Buy in AU if you like to pay more (Gerry Harvey always could use more money). Ordered a phone and arrived in 7 days from HK. Auspost can't even get something here that fast from interstate. Perfect service - and so fast! – I ordered a new phone, a Oneplus 5T from eXpansays. I ordered the phone on Thursday night and it arrived in Brisbane on the next Monday. Service perfect and phone great too.

Stunningly good service – The product I bought from EXPANSYS was as cheap as I have seen anywhere else on the web. What really blew me away was the speed of service. It was less than five days from placing my order to the postman knocking on my door to deliver the order. And yes it was trackable from start to finish. A very satisfying experience I will certainly buy from them again and recommend them to my friends.

Avoid – Zero customer service, emails not responded to, items not shipped, hidden extra costs. Could be a scam or just a completely hopeless business. Don’t make the mistake I did - buy from somewhere else.

Nil After Sales service – I purchased a OnePlus 8 Pro which has developed dead pixels on the screen and Expansys are not answering my warranty claim. Phone was purchased in June 2022 and fault developed in November 2022, well within the OnePlus warranty period. Still receiving their promotional emails but not even answering my query for warranty. They said, they'll arrange for order to be re-routed back to them and process a full refund. Some time, the watch is left on my doorstep way after the express deliver cut off time. They will lie through their teeth and take your money and not deliver on their word. Do not trust them. Oh and watch for the international expense fee on your credit card they refuse to mention that you may incur given they are not an Australian based company.

I have not received my phone and seeing as they have not completed the transaction I am seeking to cancel it and have my money refunded, but I have not heard back from the company...certainty not human anyway.

This is an example of why anyone should buy locally, don't get drawn in by these overseas companies pretending to be local. (I'm in NZ)

Bad attitude , lack of honesty, manners – Wrong product sent (Chinese market applicable and operational only), return accepted only on the terms of holding shipping and GST and not refunding return shipping. In the first communication they convinced me it is Global version product and they only sell Global version phones. When I sent them a photo with model number I received a bold rude response. On complaining, after two weeks wait they just point to their T&Cs, which allows them to send you any product version they like. Since they're a foreign entity, you have no recourse under Australian law. You may be able to send back the unwanted merchandise, but still have to pay the freight charges. Whether you get your money back is another question all together. Plus, I can probably claim my warranty in Kowloon. If only I had read the reviews here before buying...

Fast Delivery – Very impressed with the customer service from Expansys. From when the Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact was ordered, communication was first-rate ( had a few delivery issues due to non delivery to PO Boxes by Toll which was sorted within 24 hours ) and within 3 business days the phone was delivered to my local Toll agent. Couldn't find any fault from sale to delivery

Sneaky tactics to get money out of you! STAY AWAY! – They misrepresented a product then tried every possible trick to get money out of us when requesting a refund. They refused to abide their own terms and conditions! Ended up going to paypal to get the refund which i was granted. Stay away from this company at all cost!

Stay Clear. No Warranties Honoured – Warning. Do not purchase through these crooks. They would let me claim warranty as I was outside of Asia and the US. No Australian contact.

Worst service ever!!! – I purchased a Duel SkyPro GPS Receiver from Expansys. It would not charge. I returned the unit, you can not contact their office by phone as the mail box is full & they rarely answer emails. After months of continually sending countless emails I received a replacement unit. This unit would not charge - exact same problem as the one I returned. After months of emailing again I was told it is now out of warranty.

Dual Skypro GPS 160. Dont waste your money. Get a map instead – Product information says you can link to Navionics and other chartplotter software. Says it can be linked to a Microsoft Surface, as well as Android systems. I have tried to link to both, and neither works. Contacted support and the didnt even have the courtesy to respond. Pathetic. Funnily enough, they make you MORE worried by telling you to watch out for scammers asking for these docs in their email that is asking for these docs!!!! However, since I needed the phone... and the transaction had been paid for... i decided to "risk" it. The phone is on the way and it does indeed look like the doc request was simply a security check. It only added a few hours to the despatch time...

PayPal Said if no response in 48 hours they would issue refund. To make matters worse my bank charged a fee of $16.50 as this was a UK based company. So PayPal hopefully will refund me the purchase price and have to see if my bank will offer to refund Their fee
