When they cant deliver on time they make claims that the receiver wasn't available. Thankfully the modern age of home security being on every second door (including our property) shows that these failed attempts never even have the Fedex drivers turn up in the street, let alone the door. any time. Since then they have kept their promise to follow the package and delivered it in good condition.
I should stress the package is 1.5m long and only 5cm square tube. Keeping something like this arriving with no damage is a wonderful job. But the customer service over something they don’t make much on is another level.
They deserve 5 stars in this instance and a good write up for them to get some morale and job satisfaction.

Priority when our connote shows it was ticked as International Economy. We're being charged when we are the sender, even though we ticked the receiver is to pay. We've supplied endless photos & proof of how it was packed, the original connote, photo's of the goods, the size of the flyer, the actual weight etc. Fedex won't budge. My advice is; Do not use them. If a mistake is made they will never admit it. You will be dragged through a legal minefield. If I could turn back time, I'd never use them. For a small business, this is a highly distressing, bewildering and frustrating experience. And it is not resolved. I'm about to consult Consumer Affairs Victoria, or a lawyer, or both to see if there's anything I can do.

those could have been used and a photo taken........................ Like so many couriers now, all they do is drop at front door and take photo, thinking, that's all I need to do. No consideration about the safest place for customer's property. Since the photo process has been incorporated, no other spots are considered, as they prove they've delivered it.. that's that. Purchased an expensive ceramic plate in Morocco which was shipped by the shop through FedEx to my home in Australia. The plate was wrapped with several layers of bubble wrap and secured in a sturdy box labelled FRAGILE. It arrived broken into several pieces. I can only assume that the package was not treated as a fragile package by the FedEx workers. Don't use FedEx if you want your item to arrive in one piece. Show details

website to try to give information about the drop off, as I live on a rural farm. Unfortunately I was unable because their site denied this function from me. Then freed the afternoon to wait for the delivery... It has not happened... But... Received another email informing me that the delivery happens on Saturday.. Cancelled all other prearranged engagement and waited. No delivery happened... Then found the detailed tracking that was showing the parcel in Melbourne since the promised day of the Friday which was set by them for delivery... Today is the following Tuesday: have not heard from fedex. So I called them and wasted 30 minutes: first an AI bot tried to engage me, then a female asian voice whom asked me to let her put me on a quick hold... then 10 minutes later another asian female voice requested to repeat all that I already told to her workmate previously... Then she asked me to let me put the call on hold... Not much patience or humor left in me by then. She didn't want to understand that the phone signal coverage is appalling in rural Tasmania, this is not a city that is overwhelmed with telecommunication service offers and if I don´t (and I don´t!) want to stand at my farm gate where the phone signal is present, they need to email me. Now, 4 hours after my phone inquiry, received an email, stating that they searching for my parcel and informing me in due time... Mindboggling! Fedex airplane, fedex depot, and losing track of a tracked item... Inept and unmotivated Customer (dis)Service reps. Trying to find a product needs hours... and I hardly believe in that they sending someone out to the sorting belt to check underneath if it was fallen off from it... I am wondering: since the population forced into this "new normal" back 4 years ago when they were forced to stay indoors and purchase everything online, all the shipping ans postal services got surprised with the increased demand, then all the services cost were disproportionately increased... They do have an “ai” for questions but no useful solution can be obtained. With 1 hour spent trying to get the company to approve a simple pick up for a general missed delivery. and then just lie and say they issued a refund when they didn't. So I've lost several hundred dollars now in lost productivity to chase up less than $50. As it is uneconomical to pursue an unauthorised charge, It appears like now that it must be a tactic to boost profits. Which means then, "Is FedEx operating like an Organised Crime racket? They should be last on the list of preference and even then, suggest your Client arrange the freight.
Follow-up · NO, finally was refunded just for the amount they pilfered but they as yet not paid out anything in the losses and the hostile treatment that I was the victim of. It appears a system design to double bill because there is no adjudication process that they have to answer to and only pay back stolen money if you make their life miserable.

Follow-up · There is no way to contact them directly, NO direct email address. Any email they send you is a No-Reply Email. Nothing I could do but wait, I did advise the sender to never use Fedex again. Was very frustrating waiting for my package that was sitting at the to airport.

centre, the representative was very helpful and I soon had details to collect the parcel from a nearby pickup point. Overall I'm happy with the experience, though it would've been less stressful if the parcel had been delivered or at least a card left.

FedEx has completely lost all credibility. For five business days my package has been sitting at the local depot with zero movement. Four days straight I have spoken to a customer representative with no ability to get any answers on why the package isn't moving. the driver had no access to deliver or someone at our location rejected the delivery. ALL of which is nonsense. Our business is open 365 days of the year from 8:30am-6pm. By comparison, FedEx's competitor, UPS, delivers to our location daily! I have complained about our driver several of times and nothing is done. Today was the last straw. They are making me go 1 1/2 one way to pick-up my merchandise. Merchandise, some of which, I should have had 2 weeks ago and some which should have been delivered today, along with the older deliveries. Their response, "We apologize for the inconvenience." The truth is they have cost us money in lost sales. Add to that a 3-hour roundtrip to finish their job. A job which we paid for in shipping to our vendors. In my opinion, compared to UPS, FedEx is a disgrace and I have taken the steps with all my vendors to switch to UPS. I am so upset and annoyed with them that I may go as far as not using vendors who strictly use FedEx. Good luck to those out there with a complaint!
