fidarsi is a rogue company – we purchased online and we did not receive the furniture - fidarsi stopped answering our calls. After 18 months of fighting, I finally got my money back. These people should be in prison.

Perfect – I brought leather lounges and they were as good as I saw them online. Not expensive at all. So you can't expect to pay cheap for so called called leather lounges and expect to get Italian leather lounges. Seriously but there still great .  Show reply

Ordered furniture very expensive. Beautiful but faulty.:( – The beautiful furniture i bought from this Company refuses to get back to me re issues about the furniture. I paid alot of money and they couldn't get it quick enough. I am very disappointed because of this. I have emailed them several times and no reply and when you ring them up they don't answer. Has any one else had a problem with this company? As i am going to The Consumer Affairs and report the story. :((((((((

by the price. It is a King Furniture piece? no, however the equivalent at King would cost min 8K (at least that's what we were quoted)

Comfort:

I find it comfortable however my wife not so much. Our previous Freedom lounge I felt was too soft and I like my lounges harder (I am a heavier guy so sinking into lounges for long periods isn't my thing especially since I usually use my laptop on them and eat on them). However, my wife who is much lighter than me liked the softness of our freedom lounge more than this one. She has though gotten used to this lounge and uses a thick throw rug on the couch to give the comfort she craves.

In terms of the materials:

The cushions are Top Grain Italian Cowhide (according to Fidarsi). I have no reason to doubt them on that as they do appear of good quality. The base and backs are of vinyl but you wouldn't know it looking at it. But, when you touch you can definitely feel the difference. but frankly you don't sit on those so no biggie and I guess this is where they cut the costs to make it so affordable.

Customer Service:

I can only comment on the customer service that I received. They were super quick in responding to my queries on the leather used, stock availability and when I could expect delivery prior to purchase. After purchase, when we hadn't received a call from the delivery drivers to confirm delivery I messaged Fidarsi and they were quick to call the drivers and get the delivery confirmed on the agreed date.

Practicality;

Super practical because of the wide arms and the wider bases (than the seat area). We put our drinks and food on the arms (with a nice placemat we found that suits the aesthetic of the lounge). Laptops and books could easily be placed on the base area.

You usually get what you pay for but when we purchased this furniture we

really believe we got more than we paid for.

We purchased our Adrianna furniture in 2012 and it still looks brand new.

So many people have commented on how great it looks in our now

renovated home. We waited 30 years to renovate our home and wanted

furniture to show it off that was really stylish and not just comfortable and

we got both.

It was delivered exactly when they said it would be and although it was packed

really well there were 2 very small nicks in the leather where the corners of

some of the cardboard packaging had pressed into the leather.

When we contacted Fidarsi their customer service was extremely helpful and they

sent out their leather technician (only 2 days after we notified them) who did an

amazing invisible repair.

We couldn't be happier with our furniture or the after sales service we experienced.

must mention is that the sides & back of the lounges are not the same leather as the rest of the lounge (bonded leather or vinyl perhaps) but for the price you pay I think that is to be expected. (It does mention this in the advertisement). I'm hoping that over time the difference between the two materials doesn't become obvious. Without close inspection - this isn't noticeable. The staff at Fidarsi were extremely polite and efficient. When I set the lounge up I noticed some small silver markings on the leather which I contacted Fidari about & they were great about it & wasted no time in sending a leather tech out free of charge to remove the marks (which were just a leather marking pen from when the lounge was made). All in all we are happy with our purchase- We didn't have a lot to spend as we just bought a house but we feel content with our Adrianna lounge suite & the price we paid :)

Got lucky – Fidarsi seems to have gone bust. I was one of the lucky ones - sofa was delivered before Jan and no issues (leather quality is ok, not great) except my warranty is now gone. undone. They assured me that a replacement chair would be arriving at the end of January but not before, because of the xmas break. I'm guessing from the reviews i've read and the lack of response to my emails that they may have gone bust! I'm still hoping that they are on an extended break because i like to see the positive in people and i dont want to feel that i've been duped... I had just seen a dining room table and chairs that i wanted too, but i'll keep looking now. Good luck everyone!

They took our 2800$ and they never delivered our sofas and no word from them! – After they took 2800$ we never heard of them!!! We got in our mail box after that company went broke and the need first to pay a tax to the government. It was other people on list together with us and we couldn't do anything about this case. So disappointed and mad!!

Fidarsi Gone Bust – Purchased 10 lounge suites and 4 were damaged, Fidarsi was supposed to replace them with their insurance and never did!!! Not a word from them to say they had gone bust - been dealing with them for years and years very very disappointing behaviour!!!

Very disappointed – Purchased leather lounge from fidarsi. I also received great service before the lounge was delivered. When the lounge arrived there was no legs. I tried to contact Fidarsi before christmas no answer then I tried emailing again no reply. Phone number no longer existed and they were no longer contactable. Extremely disappointed.

They did the same thing to me. The lounge the delivered had too many faults to list. They sent someo – At first they were very responsive and willing to do everything to make me happy with my purchase. Now their phone number has been disconnected and the website gone!

Don't get caught. They took the lounge back AND kept the money – The lounge arrived on 11/11/2016. The faults were too many to list. They agreed to return and refund and sent the courier to collect it. Three months later no refund. They no longer respond to my mails and have disconnected the given phone numbers.

Waiting for my bed!!!! – I am waiting on my bed which I purchased November 2016, they told me it would arrive January 2017. Tried calling phone disconnected and not responding to emails. Seems there are many of us in the same boat. This seems like a scam and I would recommend not buying from this company!

No delivery, Fidarsi phone disonnected – I paid for a TV unit and coffee table on 19 Dec, I have sent 3 emails- no response. Their mobile number is saying disconnected. This is quite different to their pre sale service which was quick. Anyone else affected, can we band together and find a solution

was a Christmas closure period, to please email and this would be attended to. To date I've had no response. I have resubmitted my emails, which included a photo of the cream leather, comparing with the complimentary black and white designer cushions, and again, as at 19th January, I have not even had an acknowledgement to my communications - a month. I am without lounge suites and this was a Christmas/New Year gift to myself. I am most distressed.

always leave a voicemail. How does not answering the phone and not responding to customer questions constitute "excellent customer service"? Their pompous website and voicemail message now come across as conceited in light of the lack of substance to their claims to high standards.

Great looking furniture – We ordered a white leather sofa set + matching ottoman from Fidarsi. The furniture was delivered ahead of schedule, and looks absolutely brilliant... Perfect Experience for Perfect Lounge – II strongly recommend Fidarsi. The quality is like the high end furniture shops of Australia yet the pricing is up 30-40% cheaper. And yet no drop in service to client. Every email I sent was replied back in a timely manner. All emails replies were professional and polite.

Good value product with good after service – We were a bit scared to buy online sight unseen but pleasantly surprised at the lounge we bought. $2400 for a massive family leather lounge and 5 year warranty on everything is great value. Promise a lot but deliver very little – I bought my lounge with the extended 5 year warranty. My lounge had borers and they promptly picked it up. When my lounge was returned I was a little upset to see that it was dirty and the patch job on it was shabby. It had tears and scuffs on it from being transported and arrived unwrapped. The 'leather'?????, well it was bonded leather, (confirmed by the Leather Doctor assigned by Fidarsi to repair a small tear) which is scrap leather glued and bonded together! The sides and back were vinyl. Over 2 years of ownership the vinyl remained white, but the bonded leather turned cream, a contrast that looked dreadful. The seats were rock hard. Oh and also we had some little guests in the timber used in the suite, wood weevils! Just lovely! My lesson learnt here......don't buy furniture you cant see, touch and test for comfort. I am In the process of buying a GENUINE ANALINE LEATHER suite, one that I can sit on and feel the true leather quality and comfort! Avoid.....
