A scam lease/rental company that must border on illegal - and actually is in this instance – We were told multiple times in writing by Finlease that there is no final payout (technically $1 but never charged) to keep the goods, and that debits will stop at the end of the agreement period. Our first agreement kept debiting for months after the agreement ended, and Finlease refused to refund it when it was eventually stopped. Unfortunately… Read more

in this time we had entered into more agreements. It was re-confirmed at this point when we finally resolved it that there is no final payout. The next agreement then also continued to be debited past the agreement date. Contacting the rep about this takes multiple follow-up emails, before getting a response that does not even answer the questions asked or provide the information needed. Now they're trying to charge us a final payout amount, are seemingly not refunding the continued charges, and will not give confirmation of the debit stopping. Having reached out to a few other companies I know to have used Finlease, they are all out of pocket thousands of dollars for this same behaviour. Looking at all the positive reviews, you'll notice they're all at the start of engagement where they've just been sold on a dream. The negative reviews are of course at the end, when you continue to be charged and it's nearly impossible to have the debits terminated.

Not without issues – 1.Monthly payment quoted was one figure. Actual repayment on documents was circa 5% higher when documents were prepared 14 days later. Was mostly corrected when disputed. 2. Document Fee of $400 seems excessive and not in disclosed when quoted. Otherwise OK to deal with.

Disappointing and Stressful – What should have been quick and easy turned out to be long, frustrating and stressful. We missed out on 2 bargains because of the delays, costing us thousands. phone. Broker could have warned us ahead of time about certain pre settlement paperwork we would be needing, instead it was all left until the last minute, adding to the stress. Because everything was left until the last minute, we were not given time to check loan information, rates . repayments etc before we had to sign it.

Never Again! – By far the worst company to ever deal with when it comes to customer service & communication! They start off great when they want your business, but when the contract comes to an end and you are led to believe when you signed up that it does end, it in fact doesn't & they continue to charge thousands for equipment that you believe is already paid… Read more

for. Be careful they don't continue to charge you... make sure you read your T&C's before signing, because when queried on certain clauses, the staff can't, or won't, answer any questions you have about them.

To us, they are a big company that bullies small businesses, that's the simplest way to describe our experience. Just hope the staff there can sleep well at night by almost sending our small businesses under, with debts accruing that we didn't understand why they continued to accrue. Email questions were not answered, but simply replied to with threats of credit default listings, by hiding behind special clauses that they will not explain. My best advice is to proceed with equipment financing with this company with extreme caution.
