Recently tried to reinstall the Money Me Virtual Card into my Apple Wallet and it wouldn't work. No luck with Apple Watch either. Rang technical… Read more

support and they issued a new card which meant that I had to change all my regular payments to reflect the new card. Now the new card doesnt work on any of my devices. I dont have any problems attaching my Visa Debit Card and Zip Card to the Apple Wallet but no luck with Money Me. Hard work getting someone at Money Me to fix the problem as they all say that it should work. I have outlined to the organisation the various devices I have issues with and these have the latest operating systems. Found their website as basic at best and their credit card interest rates remained unchanged when the rates continued to be cut by the RBA, yet they adjust them very quickly in the latest environment. Look towards a more professional organisation for your financial matters if possible.

Money Me has rectified my issues and I am happy to continue with the company. I appreciate their attention to this matter.

I keep telling them I cannot access my account to make payments and I get the same email back saying to reset my password. But when I request password reset I don’t get the email?? Also been getting payment requests very late. Like I got an email on the 23rd saying my payment is due on the 19th (of that same month) and will be deducted in 2 days.

I don’t get it, major scam company. I don’t even know how to repay it because no one is answering my emails and my inquiries are being sent to an email that doesn’t exist

He spends a lot of time understanding your requirements and providing multiple options for refinancing your loans that benefit you so you can pay lower interest and get the maximum tax benefit. He proactively approaches you if there is a better loan option and cashback provided by some banks, and helps you refinance your loan to get maximum benefit. I have refinanced my loan on my property a couple of times in the last 5 years and have got thousands of dollars in cashback and very good interest rates. Once you have decided on the bank, Joe comes in and helps you get all the documents in order and works with the bank to make the entire process seamless. I had to only review and sign the documents. The rest was handled by Joe. Both of them have been wonderful brokers, and I have recommended them to my friends.

It’s been a week since I applied for a personal loan and I still haven’t heard anything, but it’s for an emergency, at least get back to me saying it’s not approved so I can look elsewhere

Overall approval was completed but took a few extra days that ideal but we got there in the end - I think Parker lane is limited to the lenders they engage rather than Parker being inefficient so not critical on Parker’s service
