First Express Couriers

This company holds your mail for days before mailing out my item has been sitting in the sunshine depo for 3 days going off there tracking. How are we getting such bodgy currier services that are carting registered mail not allowing to hold it. Will have to instruct wholesales not to use this 3rd rate company Show details

No logic with their service – The driver left a card and took my package back to brisbane without contacting me. It was obviously too smart to ring my mobile number and find out when I'd be home. his deliveries for my area without my package. As this was a Friday I had to wait until Monday's delivery nothing but moronic thinking will not ever use them again

I Like This Company! – I have had nothing but good service from this company. We ship 500 units a week and the odd item goes astray but a hell of lot better than our old courier company.

Must be Sunshine Coasts best Company! – First Express Sunshine Coast has bent over backwards to chase a missing item that turned out to be back ordered from our supplier and was not even dispatched, Great Communication, Great Follow up. Thanks First Express.

Not A GOOD EXPERIENCE – Signet who advertise same day despatch got my order six days a go and advise it was despatched the next day from brisbane for delivery to the gold coast. courier company despite emails and phone calls. I have also used the online service to redeliver my package (three times now). Still no response. Up until this date, still no delivery... Where is the EXPRESS in First Express Couriers? UNRELIABLE SERVICE. This company has lost my trust.

TERRIBLE service – NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR. Goods despatched from a Gold Coast company. Attempted delivery on Friday 7 May at 9.30. Rang on the same day to arrange alternate delivery. (BRISBANE AREA) Now the 16th May, and 5 contacts (calls/emails) later and parcel still with the Samford Courier. Is this theft? PARCELS ARRIVE QUICKER FROM INTERSTATE GUYS!!

Good Service – I have never sent items with this company only received them and have had no issues with the company. The drivers have always been happy to greet you and deliver your parcel. To date I have never had a parcel go missing or damaged while in transit. It's worth trying this company for value for money. Never had any issues with this company

Good service – Yes my parcel was delayed, although after speaking to [name removed] in customer service realised it wasn't actual sent when my supplier told me. Naughty naughty. Very good service and i will be telling my clients to use FEC as they are also called in the future. The driver was very pleasent. Top notch "real" customer service. No cons.

Absolutely terrible organisation – I recommend you do not use them. They have treated me like dirt with my one experience. The owner manager & driver I have dealt with have show no integrity no honesty & no dignity whatsoever. You need to find another provider other than this one. encountered the services of many transport companies, most don't deliver, First Express actually do what they say on the side of their trucks "Twice a day, everyday, without Excuses". If they do mess up, they at least fix problems very quickly, well the drivers do. Family owned and operated. They say what they do. Twice a Day. not much to report
