Good – This is a follow up to my previous review. We replaced the earlier model after an accident broke one of the control knob shafts. We liked the previous one, but the "low heat" capabilities of this one are even better. You can genuinely maintain temperatures below boiling point now. High temperature performance is as good or better than the earlier one. The "grot under knobs" problem is now easier to address because of modified rubber seals under the knobs. Once again, very impressed. (follow up review) Even better temperature control than previous model. Knobs less prone to accumulation of gunk than previous model. Retains fast heat up, good looks, etc of previous model. Very good low simmer capability None so far
