Very very disappointed with my FP dryer! – Same problem as previous post with black streak marks all over my clothes and linen. Paid over $800 four years ago. Marks impossible to remove!!! Dryer is useless now and have discovered it is a 'common' problem with this expensive condenser model. When I phoned Fisher Paykel Customer Service for help they said "the machine would have to be pulled apart by a technician $$$$$ to see what's causing the streaking". When I said they should know without even looking at it, given it is a common problem with this model. I was told to read my manual. I'll never buy FP again. So much for 'Customer Service'.

Buyers beware – I purchased this dryer 3 years ago, about 6 months ago it started leaving black marks on my clothes. I have read this is a common problem and if repaired it is likely to happen again. I only use it in wet weather and am very disappointed to be buying another dryer so soon.

Excellent – We had been looking to but a Condenser Dryer to go in and enclosed, underbench area in our laundry. When we purchased our house, it came with what we were told were bult-in washer and dryer, however the dryer was a regular venting dryer and we found that we could not use it in its 'built-in' position as there was no space for it to vent. Although we knew we needed a condenser dryer, we were not willing to pay over $1500 for the European branded models that were the only options available 18 months ago. Fortunately for us, we noticed the Fisher & Paykel model on an unrelated trip to our local Harvey Norman, decided the price was far more reasonable and purchased one on the spot.

We have been very happy with the dryer ever since; it is quiet, easy to use and has a good range of settings that allow flexibility when drying differnt types of clothes. Using a condenser dryer has also eliminated the airborn lint that is produced with a normal dryer; a bonus for the asthmatics in my house. Good price, works as well as the more expensive brands Nothing yet

Excellent – Great dryer, although I think the purchase cost is a bit steep at over $600 and then not being able to wall mount it. However it does everything that a well made dryer should with the convenience of the autosenor Autosenor drying works well on everything but heavy demin Good range of drying options including timered options Has saved on the electricity bill switching off when the clothes reach the preset dryness level

Good – I am very happy with my fisher and paykel dryer. never have any problems and its quiet. I also find it very easy to operate with simple touch bottons. quite, reliable not cheapest on the market
