Stylish good working fridge – Stylish looking fridge, with matching freezer. We grabbed the joiner kit for another $120 which makes them look as one. Fridge is well lit, with glass shelving and stacks of space. Its fan forced, and the fan turns off when door is open. The fridge isn't as quiet as one would expect from a new fridge, but it no way is it excessively noisy. Once its in the built in fridge cabinet its fine, but if your in a studio apartment etc, just be aware of this.

You can't open and close the fridge quickly as the door sticks shut immediately, and you feel like your going to tear the handle off the door to get it open. As such, I have a bad habit of peeling the seal in the top corner away from the body to break the seal (I am quite tall), but after 3 years of this, the seal has now split, which will cost around $75 to fix - my fault really.

Our handle did tear off the door around 2 weeks after purchase, which was caused by a faulty clip. F&P posted out a new clip and I self installed really easily with a allen key.

The crisper tends to get a ice build up in the top of it, which then condensates into the crisper. We find the vege's freeze, but the fridge its only just 3 degrees. And veges left on the normal glass shelves will freeze and go yucky, but the veges last forever in the drawer. Just a warning if you think the vege drawer isn't big enough, don't use the glass shelving!

The fridge has never frozen up, nor mechanically failed. The stainless that F&P have used doesn't mark easily, but still marks and really dirty hands. I only wipe it down once a week or two, whereas a friend has another brand, and she is wiping it down several times a day!

The fridge does make a gurgling noise every now and then when you close the door, but generally after its been open and closed all day.

OVerall, great fridge, reliable and huge. It is quite tall, so if your a shorty, this model may not be for you. My parents have the same fridge but in a smaller model and it behaves exactly the same as mine.

Stacks of space for all the normal goodies, and the beer as well, so no need for a separate fridge. Reliable, stylish, huge Door sticks shut really hard

Good – Unfortunately there wasn't many choices for a fridge with silver, stainless or iridium finish. There was so many for fridge/frrezer but we already had a freezer so we only needed the fridge. We chose this one as it has plenty of room in the shelves and the door, but it does make strange water noises and it has an extra strong suction on the door. Overall, it suits our needs but I wouldn't pay this sort of money unless you don't have many other options like us. The iridium finish is fantastic also and never looks dirty with fingerprints. I would never use harsh cleansers on it though...just a damp cloth is all you need. Looks Great! Easy to clean by simply wiping over with a damp cloth. Fingerprint proof! Door has an axtra strong suction which pulls it away from wall (even with it clipped to wall) which forces you to hold the side of fridge when opening! Has strange water sounds often and you think something is leaking...it's very strange! Expensive unless you can get a good cash price.

This is the noisiest fridge I have ever encountered. It emits a very loud noise starting a minute or two into the cooling cycle and lasting about 3 or 4 minutes. This noise then stops and is followed by an acceptable level of fan noise for the remainder of the cooling cycle. I have another F & P fridge/freezer which is virtually silent so the noise from this E450RXFD was unexpected and disappointing.

Your sure its the above model? We have these sets in 3 properties, and all of them are perfect and normal fridge noises.

Yes they suction is ridiculous, and the gurgle when the door closes (water vs air in the drain pipe) but overall, you get a reliable fridge that seals well!
