able to track the delivery using the information given. Finally, when the delivery was long overdue, I logged into the delivery company's address with the tracking number. I found a one line message that suggested the package had arrived in Sydney, Australia on 1 September at 7:55:51.

Since then I have tried emailing both Fishpond and the delivery company. Both give no information at all and both advise me to contact the other. I am not even sure that Fishpond has a person responding - it all reads like a chatbot rather than a person.

Yes, come 10 October I can claim a refund for the undelivered puzzles. I could have done that back four and a half months ago when I received 4 parts of the order. But what is the point of sending a package from USA to Australia with absolutely no delivery information or tracking record?

Given how good Fishpond was about following up about the 2 out of stock puzzles, then sending them from USA I am surprised that they are not concerned by the non-delivery. Maybe that's the AI world we now live in?

Not great at all I payed for a skate bag that was ment too be sent from the US instead I received a Christmas card game I logged an enquiry with fishpond all they could say was the bag was delivered even though I sent photos of the incorrect item and the post pack it came in with the tracking number on it it really is not good enough how they can have people paying for things and seem to care if people receive the wrong item

partial order was now useless to me, so I asked for the entire order to be cancelled and the refund given.

I received an email saying I could cancel the other items but would be charged a restocking fee. That was if I was lucky enough for the items to have not shipped yet. If they had, I would have to return them and pay for this. Of course, three days had already elapsed since I placed my order and Fishpond contacted me to say the items were out of stock.

Seeing as Fishpond failed to supply what I ordered and paid for, this seems wrong to me. Of course there is no phone number to actually speak to a person. They have my money now for two sets of replacement balls for popper toys, but I am not getting the popper toys that were also part of the order.

I will never use Fishing again, and I would recommend others be very wary of a company that has no contact phone number. Very disappointed and of course, poorer for having dealt with Fishpond

Fishpond is a con, possibly a scam. Credit card charged immediately even though the website denies this. Five weeks and no contact from company after initial order. No phone number or website to contact Fishpond. Deceptive conduct as they do not have the product ordered. Consumer affairs needs to investigate. Buyer beware.

Took my money. They emailed within days there may be a delay in shipping. Waited over a month. Can't submit inquiry on their website since October 2025 or contact them in any way. They have all of my billing & contact info. No further contact from them and no refund.

Good pricing and helpful staff but web site gives overly optimistic delivery times (maybe add 10-20 days on estimated if not in stock). 4 book order (31st July due for birthday present late August arrived 2 Sept - delivery date kept slipping). Good value if not in a hurry.

The package was delivered on time, even earlier. I was a little nervous because of the negative reviews, but I have no complaints about the company. I am satisfied.

A site I might consider again – Was happy my order arrived. Was very happy since this product was hard to find and they delivered it. The order did take while to get and my 2nd order had to be cancelled. But I'm okay with that since I ordered that one under impulse. This is a scam site. They promised to deliver within 4 weeks and then extended for 4 more weeks with product they dont even have and when I cancelled (which they always push buyer to do that next to order details) they charged for a stocking fee! Keep away from them no matter what

later, I have only received one of the six CDs. The remaining 5 out of 6 items continually have their shipping date revised and extended, with two items now stating: "The (name of item) has been delayed. We're not sure exactly why, but our team is checking this with the supplier."

If you are willing to pay and wait an inordinate length of time for your order to arrive (or perhaps never receiving the item), go for it! I will never again order from this company. It would appear that a strategy for their business model is to collect and utilize their customers' money for weeks on end while they string you along with ever increasing fulfillment/shipping dates. Good luck with their customer service department (or lack there of) - they simply don't care. If you get fed up with waiting and decide to cancel a delayed item or order, you will be charged for cancelling and will not receive back the amount you paid. In this day and age, with stock levels able to be adjusted in 'real time' and global shipping availability, this company is quite literally one of the worst I have had the misfortune of giving money to.

STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM FISHPOND. Placed an order 8/01/2026 by 02/03/2026 still hasn’t even been sent yet! And no this was not a pre-order it was a readily available book. Cancelled order and requested refund. Takes 2-3 days over a week later and still no funds back. Absolute Joke. They just take your money and follow through with an order when they feel like it. So unprofessional absolutely the Worst experience purchasing online ever.

maybe even 1 and a half but almost 5 months for an order, that is very infuriating. They finally got here and my friendopens them up. And I'm even more disappointed with the inside. They were cracked and chipped with some pieces falling out. This is ridiculous, if you read this I suggest not ordering from here.

I ordered a book for my son on 9th Jan, and was advised it was shipped on the 16th and should arrive between 19th and 22nd. Here we are 3rd Feb and still no book in sight, no refund, and completely unsatisfactory customer service responses. This has been the worst online shopping experience and I will be putting Fishpond on the do not buy list.

They take orders without stock and there is no indication of this until you don't get your book and make an inquiry. Another personal thing I hate, they don't have a contact email address let alone a contact us phone number.

On the 2/1/26 I received a confirmation of an order I made. Since then I have received no shipping date . I tried getting help through the web page but it was a fiasco as non of the boxes you have to press wasn't working, so I can't get through to them. Having read some of the comments, I think I will be another statistic. companies like this should not be allowed to operate

I ordered a CD 6th September 2025. Fishpond advised they couldn't supply the product and asked if I'd like a refund which I accepted. I still haven't received the refund and am unable to contact anyone to discuss it. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I ordered my book in November, told it will be here 24-29th Dec now saying 6th Jan 2026, How is this even possibl when they are located in Sydney and I am in Melbourne, I will never ever use this company again.
