Good – Since discovering Franklin's loyalty program, I shop less frequently at Coles and Woolworths. It's great being rewarded for buying your weekly groceries, and in a short period of time you have enough points to get your reward. They often have bonus points on selected items which helps achieving 2000 points. I'd definitely recommend this program to ANYONE, simply because everyone needs to go shopping and deserves to be rewarded for it! Easy to accumulate points, you get rewarded for shopping, always low prices. There aren't as many Franklin stores in Sydney as there use to be years ago. Also, the smaller stores don't have a fruit and vegetable section.

Bad – On the whole a free card to add to the card jungle in your perfectly pretty wallet, i must admit I shop more at Coles, even then I do have a fair few points. I will check with the staff at Franklins the next time how those points can be redeemed as there is no statements etc. Nothing really got one for free and I thought it was like the Flybuys, it has been ages and have never been offered any thing, the upside it is a free membership so no monthly fees or annual fees to pay. Your receipt shows you how many points you have for the transaction and then overall points. I have never been asked by the Franklins staff if i wan to pay for my items with the points like the advert on TV, don't know if the staff are educated about it or it was just for the advert.

Good – Like the simplicity of the Franklins Loyalty Club scheme. It is a scheme worth carrying the card in ones purse or wallet. A very simple loyalty scheme - easy to understand, easy to check ones points and easy to redeem points either for grocery or for franklins vouchers. They also have bonus points for purchasing items and are advertised in catalogs. The 2000 point limit is a reasonable target (even for a small family) to attain to redeem the points. Not so much the card but there are not many Franklins stored around as there used to be some years ago. So the commute to a distant franklins may be out of the option for many.

Excellent – The rewards card in which Franklins endorses is highly recommended over Coles or Woolworths. The Loyalty Club card is easy to use and free to join. As a regular shopper at Franklins, the reward points really do add up quickly, especially when you purchase items with bonus offer points. Really, 2000 points is NOTHING! Redeeming your points can be by the payment of your next grocery purchase or a Franklins voucher. Franklins overall tends to be reasonably priced and there is always a local Franklins in my area. I highly recommend the Franklins Loyalty Club scheme, definitely worth signing up for the benefits you receive! Simply to join, the points quickly add up and do not expire!

Excellent – The Franklins Loyalty club scheme is definetely better than that of Coles or Woolworths and is the only scheme we have benefited from. There are lots of bonus points offer which can help to boost your points, making it very easy to reach 2000 points so that you can redeem your points for store credit. Free and easy to join, Easy to collect enogh points. A standard point is given for each dollar spent and each point is worth 1c so you are getting at least 1% of what you spend as credit. Points do not expire. Your points can pay at the check out.
