Awesome camera but didn't last the distance – When I first got this camera it was fantastic and still is just under two years on except the view screen doesn't work now when folded out and the focus is dodgy on some shots. when the camera is leaned a tad back to take tall shots it loses its screen view yet again. I am guessing a loose wire problem. I have taken 10s of thousands of shots with this camera and before this problem started they were top quality and now most of them are still, you just have to be prepared to lose a few due to the focus issue.

Was hoping the $650 I spent would last a little longer and probably would buy another if it had extended warranty. Over all very very happy with the camera when it is working but sad it's life isn't longer maybe I expect too much in the digital age. The optical zoom is awesome love that I can crop without losing quality or clarity. Not lasting even 2 yrs before suffering technical issues

Incredible lightweight camera almost as good as a digital SLR camera: fantastic – Are you an amateur travel photographer who loves digital SLR cameras and drive your spouse and kids insane slowing down for the perfect shot by changing lenses (risking damage to the camera each time you do so)? I was until I bought the Fujifilm Finepix HS 20 EXR hybrid camera. I absolutely love this camera. It is a hybrid camera so one can take automatic photos with multiple scene settings but it also gives you the flexibility of being able to take photos by setting manually as well- with limitations of course. In this price range, you can't expect everything.

The zoom is unbelievable at 70 X and the picture quality this camera is capable of taking is very close to that of the heavier digital SLR cameras.

One of the great bonuses is a 360 degree panorama capability.

When traveling, it is light, relatively small compared to a digital SLR,versatile and less complicated than a digital SLR but offers a single lens that can take a macro shot and zoom out to 70X.

There is a video capability so this camera is so perfect for my needs.

My digital SLR now lies dormant in a cupboard and this new camera goes everywhere with me. Amazing photographs, panorama 360 degrees, huge zoom 70 X , brilliant macros, light to carry Focuses a little too slowly if you want to take a quick photo, uses Li batteries but you can buy rechargeables and a charger

I am not a pro or a professional photographer. I want to buy a camera that has long zoom and delivers best photos among the lot.

I m confused between Nikon P510 and Fuji HS 22 EXR.

Please suggest me if there are any other camera that serves best.

My prime concern is to capture best shots, I dont want to repent later.

I am not interested in features that are not related to photography, such as gps, weight etc.

Hi I am not a professional either- I just love taking photos- so would not like to compare the Nikon with the Fujifilm. I have never used the NIkon. I suggest you check out other reviews of the cameras you are looking at. Good luck and sorry that I cannot help. One thing about the fujifilm is that it can be slower to take a photo than my SLR

Cheers
