Gerni Classic 115.2

Jet nozzle head – I really like my pressure washer but I was using it and I came back to notice that the head that I had disconnected was making a rattle sound just wanted to know if there is a way to fix this or is it even broken.

I am now adicted to my Gerni – Bought the 115.2PC which comes with the patio cleaner attachment, which was the main selling point of getting this one instead of the same model without the attachment. After cleaning down the deck, I must say I was not greatly impressed as it left some swirl marks on the timber surfaces, however, we were restaining it anyway, so it didn't matter much. Since then I have removed more than 30 years of builtup dirt from the driveway, more than 15 metres long, and it has done a brilliant job. Have also cleaned down a few windows, also brilliant. Cleaned down the slate at the front patio, taking care not to get too close or it will blow the slate away in layers. The car cleaning attachment is great for cleaning the soap off the car and cleaning the wheels.

I have had it running continuously for more than 2 hours at a time, on a day of mid 20's and it still kept working, lilke all cleaners though you really need to wear ear protection as it is quite loud, I am sorry to the neighbours if we disrupted their Australia Day celebrations. Hose is quite long making it easy to clean the driveway without having to move all the time. Don't think the patio cleaner is really worth it.

Lightweight, portable at 6-7kg but cleaned my small mossy patio brilliantly @1670psi (max) 1.4kW – Bought mine from Bunnings for 90%*$219 - it was a price match with Sydney Tools which entitled me another 10% discount off the lower price. My intended use: Domestic external Main: Cleaning my small south-facing patio that's mossy, fences, windows and very occasionally our north-facing driveway. As my patio and retaining walls are dry-treated, I needed one that was powerful enough WITHOUT unduly stripping the protective layer.

The salesperson recommended a minimum psi of 1600 but preferring the next model up which is powered up by 1.7kW with a psi of circa 1800 but weighing a hefty 17kg and costing another $100. In the end I chose price point though I was very tempted by the Classic 125.2PAD which also comes with a set of bundled accessories which I liked, patio plus (rotary brush cleaner), car brush, and esp the 15m of drain tube cleaner. To purchase them separately would total more than $200 though bundled is another $100 up from the base Classic 125.2 model $299.

Gave Gerni a little run this morning and it works brilliantly. For the most part, stuff disappears with a mere swipe of the water gun but there were a couple of persistent stains which required me to hold the blast for 2-3 seconds but 99% of the stains went and the patio looks almost new. I had pre coated the patio with 1:5 bleach:water for 10-15mins prior to hosing. Box says it cleans an area up to 120m2.

MINUS ONE STAR FOR SUCH EXPENSIVE ACCESSORIES - priced out of the patio plus cleaner which itself retails for $89! WISH GERNI would make the accessory pack available to existing gerni owners for the $100-120. Guarantee that you will be selling a lot of packs.
