This product does the trick – I followed the routine for 4-5 weeks. Not only did I notice my belly looked flatter - I dropped 6 pounds without gym or diet. I am happy to say : I feel good and full of energy every day.

I was going to the gym every day and working extremely hard - you need to do this to avoid having excess energy where people have complained about not being able to sleep. It made me more aware of the food that I was eating and for the price I really put my mind into the success of it....

Second time around I relied to much on the success of the drug alone - which is why it didn't work so well. Therefore it has to be taken in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise regime. It worked, gave me energy for any exercise, made me more aware of food choices, visible results Not that it's a con - but it has to be taken in conjunction with a great diet and exercise program otherwise the effects won't be that brilliant

reviews that it keeps people up at night and so on but i have took 2 pills at 10pm at night and slept fine and never had any high energy bursts :( i wish someone would have made a review from a fitness bodie and suggested this. however it seems it works fine and great for others

works for me im happy!! the fact that my energy levels elevated, other diet pills tend to make u feel dizzy, weak ect wast a problem with optidrene! u may experience dry mouth but its definitely something anyone could handle

Loved it – Used this product before my wedding in combination with healthy eating and exercise. Though it was fantastic, and would use again for sure. Gnc has a membership which gave me 20% off which help with the price. I liked the fact that there wasn't as much caffeine as other similar products of the market. Also cycled it with l carnitine. Excellent – I would highly recommend this but not in the dose proposed (2 in the morning and 2 before exercise). One capsual before exercise once or twice a week helps achieve the energy kick to make you work harder - weight loss or fitness results will take longer but they will also last longer. maintaining a good diet. I achieved the results I was looking for within 3-4 months reducing body fat to 16%. I am a healthy eating 30yr female by nature within a normal weight range so i was just looking for an energy kick to get my exercise routine back on track after losing it for several months. This should not be considered a long term solution - it is pretty common knowledge that if you lose weight too quickly and/or through reliance on a drug (albeit relatively natural), you will gain it all back again + more. However, the caffine equivalent component of optidrene could seriously affect your system in the long term.

Terrible – I jog everyday and do a workout class 3 times a week even before ever taking these pills. After taking the pills, i continue my normal routine and found that i am constantly hungry. Good – I'm not a doctor or dietitian etc... but i can't imagine that being on this stuff short term or even long term is very healthy. That said, i enjoyed being on it certainly improved my energy... (this was after 3 or 4 capsules as advised). The scary thing is that the caffeine i probably ingested in those capsules was probably more than 10 short blacks! Taking the product certainly increased my metabolism and latent body heat, which i assume assisted in weight loss. very expensive. it's GNC's home brand, and therefore cheaper than a hydroxycut (American product) or equivalent, but still very expensive ($100+ per container). Probably 'mucks with your system'.

Bad – I'm sure it's a good product as I've heard people rave about it but for me it doesn't seem to be doing much. Not sure how long it takes to kick in. Purchased the product to try to lose some weight. The thought of extra energy was a bonus. I'd had good feedback from reputable people in the health industry about this product. Easy to take capsules - 2 at breakfast and 2 at lunch before 2pm. I've been taking it daily for over a month now and have had zero weight loss and zero energy. Hot flushes and a little bit of nausea now and then isn't that fun
