Wonderful service – I have used golden glow for many years for service and advice and could not fault them. They are amazing. Keep up the great work.

Order overcharged – I have had my credit card overcharged on three separate orders. Customer Service is non existent.I have had to make numerous phone calls to Golden Glow employees to have the overchargex reversed. Very annoying., particularly when the staff are disinterested in my concerns.

Great products and service – I've used Golden Glow products for several years and have been impressed by both the quality of the products and their service. Only one order has ever gone missing. When I advised Golden Glow about this, they promptly sent me a replacement. I recommend them very highly.

Golden slow – Terrible service and full of lies. Bought something a month ago and they never sent it. Emailed them quite a few times and the reply was the order was stuck somewhere. reason for this review however is to complain about the telemarketing calls I've been receiving from them over the past few months to let me know about their "current specials". I keep telling them I'm not interested and to stop calling, but a few weeks later they ring again so now I just hang up as soon as they say "Golden Glow". They will certainly not be getting any more orders from me...

How many times does it take to be notified – As with most elderly parents, we have unfortunately had to place my Dad into a high care facility. After returning in excess of twelve letters "no longer at this address" they still keep coming. It is sad enough that we have had to relocate Dad without being constantly reminded by the regular barrage of letters. Please note..........

Service has become terrible to non existant!!!

Terrible service (well, no service at all) – Like others here, I've bought from Golden Glow in the past with no complaints. But as of today, I've been waiting 30 days for an order to be sent. for a reply to that one. Yesterday I emailed again, saying I want my order mailed, or a refund, within 24 hours. Their time is up, and when I log into my account, it still says the same thing it has said since day 1 - my order is being 'processed', whatever that might mean.

Regardless of whether they eventually send my order, or a refund, or do nothing at all, I'll never go near them again, and I'll be spreading the word far and wide about their diabolical service, and I hope other disgruntled customers will do the same.

They take your money and don't give you anything in return.

me having records of the order and the payment was taken out of our account the same time as I ordered..They were rude and uninterested.

I have emailed twice without any replies and now have contacted Fair Trading to which I am waiting a reply.

In the past the service and products have been excellent and I feel there must now be something seriously wrong.I once recommended so many people to Golden Glow,all of whom have bought.

I cannot reommend anyone now.

There is questions as to why people are now buying from overseas.This is why.Australian businesses are

not giving the service that once was and we are unable to support businesses where there is no service.

At writing this,I still have not heard from Golden Glow,they still have the money and I have not receive the product.I am awaiting FairTrading.

Terrible service – I ordered and my card was charged straight away but my order took 8 days to be delivered and I reside in the same city. I sent an email asking what was happening with my order but it has never been answered. The Golden Glow service used to be excellent and I received a note from them that they had partnered with some other entity to improve service. This has not happened.

Excellent Service- Great Value – Not sure why people are saying they have bad delivery service. I have been regally purchasing from this company for years and delivery has always been within about 3-4 business days. They offer better value than the big supermarkets every time. They also usually offer free delivery when you spend over $80-.

They use to be excellent, what happened? – I have ordered from Golden Glow in the past and their service was excellent. Delivery was always the same day. Also their naturopathic service has gone downhill aswell. Always had friendly helpful people now seem to get rushed naturopaths. They must be cutting down on services or something. Good prices. Delivery times are woeful.

products to be great quality and service/shipping to be efficient. However in the past year, the efficiency seems to have gone downhill. I used to receive my orders within 3 of 4 days without fail, and now I don't get them for over a week. It's just so slow - I get orders from overseas faster than I do from Golden Glow these days.

Great way to buy vitamins – Have been buying online for some time and Golden Glow have quick delivery at a reasonable delivery price. Good range of vitamin products at competative prices. Reliable, good value for money. Getting new products on a regular basis. Don't have everything I usually buy but can get the majority of what I need.

Good – I love golden glow and they always have a great selection of yoghurt bases which are often hard to find in supermarkets. Often on sale and easy to order. birthday and haven't looked back. I use their web site to order mainly easi-yo products but have also purchased a few vitamins and minerals. Good information content on the site and easy to use. Ordering online is so easy and delivered very quickly. Use to offer free postage after you spent x amount but this has now gone - please bring it back!!!

contacted their naturopath for an advice via an email and had a personal response the next day. They reward their customers regularly with discount vouchers and special offers. no damage. Websites very easy to browse and they do have a variety of samples. I found their samples much cheaper then my local chemist warehouse. Customer service is great I wouldnt trust them with my personal information

Excellent – Love having my vitamins delivered to my work. Plus having a naturopath i can call for free advice is great. Great service, greaty quality products and easy to return products if you have a problem
