Absolute Rubbish – Had these tyres fitted to Ford Focus LW Mk 2 Titanium as OEM tyres. Yes they were "Ok" at the beginning ( But all tyres should be, right !) but as I had them rotated & balanced and as time went by it got worse & worse. By 40,000 the tyre shimmied and road noise unbearable. So I turned the radio up to compensate for the noise. The tyre noise coming off the tyres are truly shocking. I am amazed that Goodyear can sell such defective products. One word to describe my opinion of these tyres " RUBBISH". AND WORSE still as you get into the high 30k , 40 the noise is unbelievable. I seriously doubt you could get 60,000 out of these tyres. These tyres are probably only good for burnouts.

Great tire great compromise between handling and tread life – With 30000km on these tires there is at about half the tread remaining. These tires are better than the previous tires Yokohama ADVAN Sport V103 at start and stop traction, with noticeably lower tendency to wheel spin. Cornering is nearly as good and the Yokohama but not quite. Considering the tires at set to last 4 or 5 times longer than the Yokohama they represent excellent value for money if you are looking for a performance tire. They are excellent in the wet particularly under braking.

Update: The tires have past the 50,000 km mark and still have tread left. Given these are performance tires I am very pleased.

Fantastic handling - no tyre noise – Bought these beauties from North Terrace Tyres in Adelaide ( see Dominic ) after recommendation from a mate of mine, Firstly the service was outstanding, secondly these tyres are amazing, we live in the Hills and this car sticks to road like glue WET or DRY, handling is amazing, no road noise !! We had Michies which had done 34k from new and these are far superior they have a higher wear rating so I guess we'll see what happens,at least I know my wife will be safe. Handling, no tyre noise , very well priced no complaints

Excellent – I have these in 235/45/17 on a 3 series BMW. Obviously its a massive improvment over the original runflats - which says nothing really. I also tried Michelin Pilot Preceeda 2 before and I found these Goodyears are more comfortable ride and also better grip which is noticible in the dry. I'm not really sure which are better in the wet, but I would guess these are. These Goodyears have a very wide tread width for the size spec. Depending on your tyre fitment they might need a bit more fender clerance than other brands. Amazing grip in wet and dry. Very comfortable ride for a performance tyre. Very minimal tramlining. No bad habbits and overall good steering feel. Mine are made in Germany, but you will find some tyres labelled "Made in China".
