Excellent fridge – I have had my GVA fridge for 2 years now and it has never skipped a beat, absolutely brilliant fridge, would definitely recommend this fridge ;)
Terrible, worst fridge ever – DO NOT buy this fridge. I purchased a GVA fridge and it broke within a month. Tempo is appalling to deal with, does not answer phone and is giving me the run around. Basically it is a piece total and complete piece of junk and the company customer service is just as bad!!! Nothing Complete junk
Don't buy GVA products, Good Guys have been burnt & so have their customers. BEWARE – We bought one of these fridges for our son when he moved out, it was dead on arrival DOA & Good Guys replaced it straight away. 3 months later the replacement has died & the warranty repairers "Tempo Australia" are giving us the run around. Reading various things on the internet & talking to Good Guys staff (off the record) it seems that this is common with these cheap & nasty GVAs & with Tempo who won't answer your calls & when they do it's all start from scratch again :( SO --- Don't buy GVA products, Good Guys have been burnt & so have their customers. BEWARE Cheap & Nasty Bad warranty service & Cheap & Nasty

GVA is actually a Good Guys "home" product - i.e they bring it in themselves. Which is hence the warranty runaround as they do not want to pay from their own pocket! Tempo is just the service agent for Good Guys!
