Useless product – Absolute rubbish ! Will be more useful as a planter box. You cant do consecutive washes. The machine actually needs to be turned off and back on ! Leaves soap over the clothes, Useless on all accounts. It has ruined some expensive work clothing with soap stains. Very very unhappy. I won mine in a raffle, feel like I want to be reinbursed for the price for the raffle ticket.

Have been told by Customer Service that its the washing powder / liquid I am using I’m sure Omo would agree. In regard to the machine not being able to do consecutive washes I was told to call back when there is a tech available ?

bad washing machine – I have had mine now for 3 years bought extra warranty as it everyday you can go buy a washing machine anyways i have the stupid thing leak water all over the floor the blue seal keeps coming off its very rusty under seal i have it repaired under warranty twice the regarding the spider barrel and the metal ring which holds the blue seal on, i only paid $400 but got the more expensive one as they were taking too long to deliver the one i ordered its meant to be worth $1000 mark yeah right still [censored word removed] but im buying a bigger a better brand of washing machine and not a front loader Short wash Keeps breaking down bad warranty service

Mine sounds like a jet engine too – It would never spin properly on the wool cycle. When it finished I added a towel and put it on the spin setting, it got some of the water out. It was always load on the spin setting but now its unbearable, mine also sounds like a jet engine. The last wash it left grease stains all over my Sheridan sheets... I'm not going to bother wasting more money on it.

I've learnt my lesson, you get what you pay for. Don't buy one!! Cheap Doesn't work

Bad – Didn't pay much for it and got just what I paid for. At the end of each load you have to turn it off and then on again and you loose all the settings. There is also water and soap bubbles left in the seal at the end of each load and you have to dry it before taking your clothes out (I've tried laundry powder and liquid and it happens on both of them). I was misled by the 30 minute quick wash - that is only for a small load of 2kg; if you want a full load it takes a minimum of 1 1/2 hours! To do the sheets for 3 beds takes 4 1/2 hours - like I want to be tied to the house all day on the weekend waiting for the washing machine. Soap is often left in the dispenser. I've tried to sell it to friends who were looking for something for their holiday house and nobody wants it because of the long wash time. I think that says alot ..... water efficient, 1200 rpm minimum wash time for a full load is 1 1/2 hours, have to reset all the wash selections after each load
