Dodgy product – Cleaned well enough for a couple months and did not seem to wear them. But then started to leave red stains on all of my towels and baby' clothes. Washing machine was replaced with same model under warranty as repair ppace said it had done a gearbox. Same thing happened to replacement.  Show details

Pye is my 3rd washing machine & the best – I have had 2simpson & a pye in 8 years & so far The pye is the best I have just now only had to replace the agitator in Australia for $77 as the old 1 snapped overall the best yet I paid $450 for an 8.5kg can't complain for a cheapie both Simpsons have failed after 2 or so years but not the pye I'm going on 4 years now with 3 kids it's the only reason I picked the size

Piece of Cr##,can't get parts. Rubbish – Can't get a Lid-Switch to fix it and remove E-2 Error Code. Help.Won't Spin or Drain,Shorted switch wires but no joy.Must remove and bodgie up switch.

Parts are impossible to get in Australia – Is my mother's machine - very light use and it served for her well for six years, but now the tub to pump hose has failed and is not available in Aus. Worst washing machine ever – This is the worst washing machine i have ever bought, i agree with the comment about not being able to put your clothes in the dryer straight after there washed, every 5th or 6th wash my machine decides to not spin, at the moment its not even draining the water, was going to get it fixed but pretty convinced now its not worth it, piece of rubbish this machine Didnt spin and didnt drain

Terrible – bought a heller awm600 3 yrs ago doesnt wash clean and has had on going problems with the spin,also informed by one of the repair men that this model cant have powder only liquid detergent,says nothing about that in instruction brochure.not a good purchase. unreliable,not clean wash,when spin is working still not good enough to put clothes in dryer
