Hisense has no swing – Whilst the air works fine (this is our 4th machine) we have just realised that there is no swing!!! so if you're machine blowing straight (like 3 or ours) then great. if you need one to shoot to the side - unfortunately not my highest recommendation. my Panasonic's are great for that, but unfortunately the Hisense is a meesley 1cm swing. Even my air con guy didn't realise how bad it was. shame. Show details

Condenser freezes up and spits ice out on to carpet and leakes rust stain down the wall – I purchased this unit 2 years ago and it was good for a few months until the very hot summer days and then it craps itself. It has leaked down the wall the entire time and in summer, the condenser freezes up and I have to wait for it to melt before I can hopefully get some cool air out of it. anymore as I couldn't find the installation receipt. As I don't have a receipt for the installation, I couldn't get a replacement. So, here I am every summer cleaning the filters etc every couple of days in the hope that it will stop freezing and dripping condensation down the wall. I just installed Kelvinator units in the other bedrooms of my house and wouldn't recommend purchasing a Hisense unit.

cant get to sleep at night. Also 2 of the outside inverters making wierd noises also. I have since been dealing with Hisense direct to get this matter rectfied. Hisense told me to expect a call from Fourways Airconditioning for an installer to come out and inspect all 3 split systems on the 29th may 2023 by email. On the 9th of June 2023 i recieved a call from an installer from Chillybear airconditioning who was contracted out by fourways and came out to inspect the 3 split systems. The installer told me they were all faulty and was going to advise Hisense for the replacement of all 3 split systems. He sent off the report to Hisense on the evening of 9th June 2023. Since that date i have spoken to multiple people from hisense and never recieved any feedback on what decision had been made until i finally recieved an email on Friday the 22nd of june approving replacement of all 3 split systems and there reference numbers, and in the email it also stated the 3 units will be delivered to the agent within the next 5-10 business days. Since this date i had heard absolutley nothing until it finally escalated to your state manager [Name Removed] from Hisense due to lack of comunication and very poor customer service. [Name Removed] then advised me on Wednesday the 12th of July that he apologises for any stress this may have been causing me and that he wants this job done properly and wanted to find the right installer to swap these systems out. Well believe it or not it is now Thursday the 3rd of August 2023 and nothing has been organised through [Name Removed], and im sorry to say i am very unhappy with the lack of communiction from a state manager especially in a situation like this. i have since been messaging [Name Removed] on the status of whats going on and how disappointed i am and if this is not rectified soon then i just want my money back and i will go a different product. On the morning of yesterday the 2nd of August 2023 i recieved a text from [Name Removed] saying that he was in the U.S of America and to please email crt@hisense.com so we can start the refund. As ive said to [Name Removed] if i need to source new split systems myself ( which i will probably go mitsubishi after my devastating experience with Hisense ) i will need my money refunded to be able to purchase new systems as i dont have another $5,000 - $6,000 laying around and then be out of pocket over $10,000. and then once the faulty hisense systems are removed you can organise to have them collected. This experience has caused me so much stress in my personal life and at work which no customer should have to go through. Well consumers it is now the 7th of Ausgust and still no reply to this email from hisense. I will be taking things alot further if this is not resolved this week.

New split sytem break down in a few days – New aircon 3.5kw installed and break down in a few days. I call up the Hisense support and spend two hours and repeated phone call to the support staff. The support staff keeps me waiting for over 30 min after asking a question. Then, I talk her all the address, product details, and date of purchase in Melbourne. She keeps me waiting again. Its over two hours. I am still waiting so I type up this review. Also, I told the Hisense staff about this. Show details

Waste of time – Waited all through summer for a brand new unit to be fixed under warranty. Made multiple calls to Indian call centre, was continually misled.Don't trust/believe/buy from these cowboys.The only time we got a response was when we went back to the retailer who called them direct. Thank you Good Guys Bundall. The cats enjoyed playing in the box it came in service, no customer care factor at all. They couldn't have cared less.

Bad Warranty Service – If you're lucky enough to get a system that works without any problems, then it's fine. The problem arises if you need to repair the system under warranty. The warranty agents are disorganised and slow to respond - if you can get through to them in the first place. Cheap Bad warranty service

Terrible – So what! If you are soooo lucky enough you will get good one. Otherwise, never ever buy their product Their service is horrible. They never listen what their customers want. Terrible – A totally disappointing experience. By comparison to the 2 Hitachis and 1 Panasonic in other rooms of our house, this piece of rubbish runs way below the bottom of the list. Not a thing! cracks and bangs all night. The installer came back twice to try to fix it, in the end he recommended to Hisense that they should replace it. They told us that his report said there was nothing wrong (we have his report & that's not what he told them). They refuse to do anything for us! We'll never buy another Hisense product!, and we'll get rid of this one as soon as possible. Also, you can't read what the remote buttons are for because the writing's too small.
