not stopping leaks. Now the owner needs his internal ceiling replaced in at least two rooms. 3) They take weeks to answer emails, they do not provide quotes for major jobs, I ended going directly to a firm asking if they would honour their quote that was out of date and then I organised time and date for quoted work to be completed (this is Oakfields job as managers I believe). 4) Don't know what happened to all our complexes records from previous company, apparently nothing was handed over. Codwallop they should have requested those records. 5) Conflicting advice passed to the council, no responsibility for incorrect advice given, not even a sorry provided. 6) Being told on the phone by the manager that the only reason why I questioned something was because I was best mate of a unit owner, my job as spokesperson of the council is to find answers to questions asked by owners (unprofessional). 7) Failing to action a quote, then sending it again weeks later asking us to approve it as it had changed(everything was exactly the same including date written, quote number and costs) , what I believe happened was they lost our approval and instead of owning up to their mistake. they tried to cover it up(I am not fkn stupid). 8) In breach of their management contract, no site visits and provision of incorrect advice when asked. 9) 5 emails from our council informing them we are not renewing our contract before they realised we were leaving. 10) We have insurance work needing to be completed, they never claimed and let the contract lapse, owner affected has now been left in limbo, before signing on the most expensive insurance renewal quote without approval from the council of owners. Do yourselves a favour, I would steer very clear of this firm as I have had nothing but stress trying to deal with these people for the last 11 months.
If I could give them 0 stars I would – I'd have to agree with most of the one star reviews here. Staff there are not professional. Especially some old woman named helen. She got all offended and uppity when I was stating my case; and she was being argumentative. They also rip off the owners of the properties that they deal with. Eg invoicing 2-3x the cost of a garage remote
Oakfield Strata Management – Ifresh were fine for 20 odd years. Slow but tasks happened eventually. Like other strata companies from my experience. However, we were sold as a list to Oakfied. a contact by deceit. Over a year to get our minutes . REALY REALY bad. Lies will improve service when talked to them . For 20 years a one year contact then they had us sign a 2 year contract unbeknownst to us. They have stuffed up our insurance , not performed works for over 12 months and I have it all detailed. DONT USE THEM.

STAY AWAY FRM THEM – Rude, just after money and not doing anything about main issues. Unfortunately someone from our building has private relations with somebody there so we just seem not to be able to get rid of them. Not enough space to list all the issues we had with them.

EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE – Extremely rude customer service. Unbelievable. I was calling them to sort out some long lasting maintenance issues that I have brought up a few times over the course of TWO YEARS and eventually went no where and I got yelled at very loudly by the officer there saying that he couldn't continue on talking to me if I keep interpreting him. Never have experienced such arrogance in Australia before what an eye-opening experience!

prove Ifresh Strata manager did any work on that. As you can see some evidence attached, nothing been done and told me everything finished. i have attached some tracking e-mails to prove they are making story only.
We will continue upload true evidence to the public to stop Ifresh strata bullied us. We should NOT pay anything to them with doing nothing. They prefer blame chair of council and council members, no experience and hold process more than 6 month, nothing wrong with Ifresh, ( we use voice recorder to prove ifresh blame building council members) but no evidence to prove ifresh did any work, no matter how we ask evidence, we get ignored.
I know the owner will replied here and continuing ignore all major issues and won't provide any evidence to prove they did work, they just looks like respect and friendly in writing, but didn't do anything.

Since purchasing my unit a couple of years ago, I had been concerned by some Strata difficulties and the self serving Strata Manager that we were contracted too.. This changed at the end of 2020 and I.fresh assisted enormously in the change over from the old Strata Manager. Promptness, Emphatic and Professional – Ifresh understood our predicament and related to our experience of being held 'captive' by some unruly and inconsiderate tenants. Ifresh handled the matter within a matter of hours. We can't thank them enough for the effort. It's definitely more than you would get fr other Strata Management companies.

urgency whilst you are locked out of your house same woth contractors needing keys, you cant just pop in and expect it to be taken lightly. The lady who arranges your insurance doesnt know anything, and the amount of times a claim shouldve been notified to the insurer, she advises it isnt claimable. The amount you pay for your insurance is ridiculous and you get nothing for it! You are losing so much money and for what service do you get? Ignored emails, unanswered phone calls, ignored requests. The director in accounts gets complaints ALL THE TIME due to his arrogance and tone and not a SINGLE PERSON IN THE OFFICE is willing to help. The contractors they use, especially [name removed] from jumbo, is the most unprofessional contractor and his work is so poorly no wonder why they dont present it to the insurers, his work would not be accepted!
I have never met such a bunch of heartless people and they want you to entrust them with your strata?

Great customer service – I couldn’t agree with more with Kate! My strata manager Simon has been a god send. I was pretty upset at the AGM but he took the time after the meeting to listen to my concerns, helped me understand what need to be done and then called me a few days later just to check in with me. A1 customer service!!
Incredibly impressed – As a new owner, I recently attended my first council meeting with i.fresh strata management and I was blown away. Not only was the strata manager well informed and up to date on all of the owners existing issues, she also provided us with all the relevant information we needed to move forward and resolve them. Very, very impressive.
Professional, respectful and incredibly polite and lovely staff – I just wanted to say how incredibly impressed I am with the professionalism of this company. Their positivity and eagerness to always make my customer experience the best it can be is truly refreshing. I can not recommend them enough! Brooke and Gina always get back to me in record speed and have made my life so much easier since we signed with them. I wish more strata companies were like i.fresh!
Abysmal customer service – Last week I had a phone conversation with our strata company manager and was left disgusted at her manner and complete lack of professionalism. Appalling service – Appalling service when trying to clarify the payment of fees to this company. I was trying to make a payment and the gentlemen on the phone made it almost impossible to the point where I had to figure it out myself and guess at the amounts I was to pay. Another unhappy owner – Happy to take your money but not happy to do anything for it. Very difficult to have any breaches of bylaws addressed. If you phone them about an issue they’ll also need an email and photos; this usually takes more effort than being able to sort any problems out yourself. There are several issues I would like addressed at present but dealing with iFresh is too difficult. It’s easier to wait until a matter escalates.

by far the best company in perth - no question – I have lived in various different strata properties in WA for over 25 years and I have been a client of many strata management companies. I never get used to the unprofessionalism of the industry that was UNTIL i.fresh strata came along. They have exceeded my expectations in terms of a 'proper' professional, organised and knowledgeable company. I can only congratulate them, they have nailed exactly what astute, educated strata owners need.
structured, organised, helpful, high customer service – I have been a council member being assisted by i.fresh strata for 9 months now. They are by far the most experienced and professional strata managers I have been a client of in WA (and there has been a few!!!)
Just get these guys in to do your management full stop – Simply the best bunch of people working in strata management, their client experience is exceptional. I actually now have some spare time on my hands and things are just getting done. BRILLIANT :-)
They helped me greatly and I am not even a paying client - HIGHLY RECOMMEND – I called ifresh strata after a friends recommendation regarding a general (but stressful) strata issue I had. They were exceptionally professional and highly knowledgeable. I am not even a paying client.

Terrible – I have been continually shocked by the poor strata company management. A number of owners in the same building have shared their disappointment. The overall organisation is poor.
