Warranty Not Honoured – Over 6 months ago I submitted a warranty claim to iiBuy. They responded a couple of times and seemed helpful at first however now they simply refuse to return my repaired item and won't answer any emails or tickets in their support system. I have now lodged a complaint with the NSW Office of Fair Trading because this company is breaching their legal obligations.
What a shame! – They never solve my problem. every time I sent my computer back, they fix it to make it to be working okay for a month or while and then later you'll find the problem never gone--- same problem happened again and again. and they trick you to buy products and product from them, to saying which would solve the issue, what, will finally make you figure out that, the problem is never solved.
Rubbish Service. Cost me money to receive broken items!!! – Do not use iibuy even if it is cheaper!!! be warned please. I chose to use iibuy to save a few dollars but lost money in the process. They do not like returns. I bought a whole lot system from them, one item was a Silverstone all in one water cooler. warehouse said send to there P.O box C.O.D. after packaging the item up and sending I waited over a month untill I had to call australia post to find out iibuy had denied the cod. I then had to track the package and pay the 30 dollars to get my broken item back.... long story short I still have the broken item and iibuy lied and robbed me sadly. they have crap service online if any. Please do not use them ever and choose PC Case Gear or MSY instead!!!

best_selling_gadget_man – Ordered and paid on the same day, 5 emails, no answer no item. sick of iibay. getting to many scammers now but this best_selling_gadget_man in the last mth his negative have shot through the roof.
iiBuy – I brought 3 items off ebay from 3 sellers 247buy-au, ihubcentral and techplusoz on the 24 of November they never came so i had a look at paypal and all the payments when to iibuy. ive emailed them and got no replay also there phone numbers dont work . waiting for ebay to get back to me for a refund hopefully.

iibuy goes bust – I placed an order for a router in October and it arrived promptly. I placed another order for computer parts in November only to find they closed down and cannot be contacted. I have not received my order. I have since lodged a complaint with Fair Trading. These guys have done a runner with customer and supplies money and should be held to account.
Item never dispatched after repeatedly being lied to – Was told several times that my item would be dispatched that day and not to worry. this went on for 2-3 weeks. Now I find out they have gone bust and taken everyones money. Seems like they were just lying to their customers to buy time, so they can make off with the cash.
Same issue!! – Damn, this is worrying! Just bought $1500k worth of parts for an upgrade on the 15th Nov. Spoke to them on the phone on Wednesday 19th and they said it was all fine and the delivery should happen the next day or two. No contact since, phone lines disconnected and now I see these reviews. Will pursue this.

Same experience! Doors locked! – I paid for 3 hard drives by bank transfer 10 days ago: $606+. I went to collect them today and the doors were locked. A neighbouring tenant said the landlord had changed the locks. Their phone's are not being answered! There goes $606!?

December 1st Update:
I went in today like i have done everyday,managed to catch up with the landlord and was able to have a look inside.
IIbuy crooks have cleaned the place out of all valuables before doing a runner as reported, the only things left for the landlord to clean up are empty boxes and cases.
There was a lot of stuff in there on the friday before the locks were changed including my computer which was 80% complete, I reckon these crooks might be using ebay to sell the stock they removed.
If you find these guys on ebay please post details.

Don't use iibuy – I bought a bluetooth mouse from iibuy, it stopped working during the warranty period, they said to return it, I returned it via express post, they alleged they never received it but would replace it anyway. return postage, heaps of my time and ended up with nothing. I lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs, they said they would note it against the company but do not follow up small amounts. Don't use iibuy, their customer service is shocking.
Awaiting Refund – Beware ! I recently ordered and paid for a digital camera to find out that the camera was not stocked. Trying to get my money back has so far been unsuccessful! Still not refunded. They grab your $$ immediately and then you have to take a back seat to get your money back !. If its not refunded soon, then i guess i'll need to contact a lawyer and pass on the costs thereof.......

problem I have is they advertise a 1.5% payment surcharge but then (illegally) add 2% on check out. This was pointed out about eight months back (in writing) but still exists.
As well items are shown as "in stock" but rarely are so if you expect to pick it up in a day - wrong! It's generally about a week after payment.
I've had mixed dealings with them, some good but some shockers. The staff in the store seem almost like automatons who drift around in a daze, often oblivious to customers who walk in & are treated as invisible.
I seriously doubt I will use iiBuy again as they are significantly dearer than places such as MSY & they never learn by their mistakes. The owner I suspect has a death wish as customers take a back seat.

annoying, as you think that the price listed is what you'll actually pay, but I can understand why they do this when they're competing against overseas online stores. Do not use – I ordered ink and have now waited 11 days. This is not the first time this has happened. Normally you order something because you need it. If they can't supply they should not offer it. I tried calling their contact number for days but was never answered. This is the last time I use iibuy. I rather pay a bit more and get my items on time location can not supply what they sell
Misleading advertising – In their email newsletter they offer a limited 50% discount off a monitor they claim retails for $800. After a quick search on google it is evident that these monitors are available at most online stores for the same "discounted" price of $400. They are either being deceitful or not sourcing their products from a competitive source.

times, so I decided to get a refund. They said 'no problems'. Now being August and no refund has been issued. They even emailed me in July, saying that the refund was on its way, and it will be in my account in 1-2 days. And as joke, they even said that they valued my business. iibuy have lost reliability, integrity and credibility in my mind, and I am still dealing with them via the ORS, and may have to bring the tribunal into it. that was fine. A week later no refund, so I check the site and notice that the price of the monitor has gone up by over $100, and it's listed as *new*. So I ring up and enquire if it's in stock. He says because it's a high end item they don't keep it in stock, and when he checked the suppliers stock, he said they'd run out last week. I then said I purchased one last week and wanted a refund. Was told it is sitting with accounts and he'd try to fast track it. Absolutely terrible service, and blatantly deceptive tactics on their site.

Difficult website to get around & poor communication
Totally Unacceptable – I'm still awaiting goods after 3 weeks. Take no notice of any assurances. They take the money, they hang on to it. The goods are not warehoused. The order is then placed to China or wherever and they await delivery and then dispatch. The worst on line experience I have ever had. Unreliable, terrible, terrible, terrible.
Refund/replacement policy – Shocking communication both online and on phone. Devoid of any business sense and not even intimidated when threatened to complain to NSW Fair Trade (which I now will do). They never respond to emails, ticket numbers or live chat support. When you eventually talk to some one(Accounts) they are totally detached and leave you waiting forever before they reply to your question. This company should be Black listed and never do business.
They don't have any conscience or guilt? They come across as customer friendly, but the opposite is totally true. Please register a complaint with NSW Fair Trading, because I don't want to see more people get ripped off.

Australian Post did not reply to my request either. My 1st and last purchase from this company! When I did receive it, the router was in good condition. The price was competitive that's why I ordered it from iibuy.
These guys are useless – Ordered an in stock product - they rang next day confirming address. Two and half weeks later its still not delivered. Can't phone them as the line is always busy. Did get some email response early but after a week none. I would not recommend this company to anyone, its just easier and faster to buy from overseas. They are incapable of effectively dealing with any issues

unhelpful company – I purchased a router from this company. The item took weeks to come and then only after many follow ups by me. In fact they never answered any email and at times did not even answer their phone. I was finally about to speak to someone who did assist. We need to register a compliant with any online business or otherwise they can get away with it. I now have started legal proceeding to recover my entitlement. This should never happen.....please heed the war5ning of online rogues like these .
