Excellent – Great exercise equipment, you can do a myriad of exercises for the whole body using it. It's great to build up core strength and balance. I'ts not bulky and can be stored away when not in use. Convenience factor is also great, you can exercise in front of the tele, outside, on a deck, anywhere. It's a simple product but one that has really helped me achieve better fitness and health. I would recommend having a personal trainer show you the various exercises first hand so you know you are doing them properly. Easy to use, can do a whole variety of exercises with the fitball in any location, indoor or outdoors. None that come to mind

No maintenance and improves your overall health my burning fast faster. This is such a simple and yet effective product to purchase. It is easy to store away and deflate for transporting to different places or just simply have it sitting there ready to use. Once you place your back onto the ball, straight away you feel the resistance in your back and abs. It really does tone them much more effectively than the ad shaper machine. I think it is the best purchase I have bought when it comes to exercising my abs. None, so simple to use.
