issue as well as trying to get an answer to a basic question which wasn't resolved until I spoke to the third person from support (Adi). Adi like [Name Removed], was excellent in providing answers and trying to help.

We spend a significant amount of money for our business with Interparcel and continue to do so, yet received no real help, no fair investigation, and no reasonable resolution. The matter has been left entirely unresolved, with Interparcel making it impossible to close in a way that is acceptable.
For a business that relies heavily on shipping services, this lack of accountability and customer support is incredibly disappointing.
Courier damaged the carton so the customer wouldn't receive it. It was sent back to me and I'm supposed to pay a fee to have it delivered to me. The tracking shows it was delivered and signed for by the customer. Now I'm supposed to pay for another booking to send the repacked carton to the customer. My expensive parcel was destroyed by TNT. Interparcel were the intermediary. They’re just a broker – Parcel destroyed. It would be easy to say it was done deliberately given the nature and state of it. But that would be subjective. they are not being careful measuring , I send photo of the box measuring 10 cm not 14 cm, basically they did not care- very strange attitude of DHL and interparcel didn’t really fight for the customer DHL even the weight was wrong - box was 7 kgs - DHL weighted it at 9 kilos - both boxes were 7 kgs - same item. It like it was weight with another box - it did not matter as the volume metric weight was more Not sure I would chose DHL as an option again on shipping to Australia - very aggressive stance that they never get anything wrong!!
Lies on their quotes – Read the fine print. Their "quote" claimed delivery within a week, after a week my parcel had not left the country yet. individual to book domestic parcels with some providers. Interparcel provided me with a choice of a few companies, options and prices once I had in-puted the information. Once I had booked and paid for my boxes and ran off my labels they were picked up quickly by my chosen provider and arrived a week later on a long interstate trip. The time taken for delivery was exactly what was predicted for delivery when I booked in my boxes. Pretty good
The other thing I liked about Interparcel was when I had some questions I got a quick response on the chat line and when I phoned on a follow up question I got what sounded like an Australian so no language miscommunications. The advice given was correct. This was sooooo much easier than trying to get information from a freight/courier company.
The one thing I can’t comment on but would be interested to know is this: If there is a problem with a delivery what role does Interparcel play. For example, when using an accommodation booking provider if something goes wrong the third-party booker has a lot of clout when it comes to sorting out a problem when it occurs. So does Interparcel help when this occurs as dealing with some couriers can be challenging if not impossible. I will continue to use this company.

Customer service staff do the best they can with no resources. Can't call anyone up the food chain to deal with issues and when they do arise, Interparcel has absolutely NO AUTHORITY to instruct couriers to follow requests or remedy. cm bigger than the actual box size. I used a standard carton box — even if it’s full, there’s no way it magically expands that much. Totally unreasonable.

When my parcel finally arrived, it was half torn open. I have no idea how they handle deliveries, but it’s shocking.

First of all, the courier said was unable to deliver the package because they cannot find the address. The destination was a hotel and easily found in google map. returned to me after more than 2 weeks.
After several emails back and forth, interparcel finally agreed to give me a full refund. 2 weeks later, no refund received, I had to chase them for the refund. They, then, refunded partly. I had to chase, again, for the rest. They finally provided another part refund and still less $5.50 from the total that I paid. I didnt want to waste any more of my time at that point.
No apology, no remorse. Ignored emails. Took several emails to get one response. Broken promises. Terrible customer service!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! It will be better to go direct to a courier company.

If you value your time, your customers, or your sanity, avoid Interparcel at all costs. They regularly fail to collect consignments that were properly booked, paid for, and ready for pickup. parcels sitting for days, zero communication, and support that seems to exist only to say “we’ll raise a ticket.” Those tickets go nowhere. Nothing happens. No apology, no action, no accountability. It’s unbelievable how a company in the logistics industry can be so consistently unreliable. The system automatically takes your money and issues labels instantly, but apparently, actually collecting the goods is optional. If you need a courier that shows up when they say they will, Interparcel is not it. They have wasted hours of my time, let down my customers, and cost my business money. Bottom line: Interparcel should not be trusted with any consignment of value — or even a box of air. Their service failures are frequent, predictable, and utterly unacceptable.

obviously I couldn't provide; it had been a week, boxes were all unpacked and ripped apart.
The weight they gave was also exactly the same as the weight I declared - they said some boxes were heavier, but others were lighter, interestingly enough. I will concede though that the dimensions probably were bigger, due to the boxes bulging (likely because they were squashed under each other - several items inside the boxes were damaged when I unpacked them). Dimensions they gave were about 3-4cm more per measurement than what I declared.

We follow up constantly to then be told that it does not count as missed as the agents dont record every call/chat you make on the parcels. service, yet during the checkout process I clicked that they were both residential address's and their system let me book it. Why didn't they flag it at pickup and atleast try to call me? Yet they say nothing until after it is delivered and then try and charge you. Even after many emails trying to explain the above they still wouldn't concede at all, they would happily lose future business in the hope you will pay that one dodgy invoice. use another “virtual courier” company (the big one that starts with S) for most of our shipments, but on a handful of occasions have also used Interparcel, partly because we keep getting bombarded by advertisements telling us how good their service is. Although we have some issues from time to time with the service we mainly use they are always very responsive to contact, and more often than not, situations we experience resolve amicably. Our experience with Interparcel is the polar opposite of that. Not only have we had a much higher percentage of issues with Interparcel’s service and carriers they use, but on every single occasion we have asked them for assistance we’ve received platitudes and lots of words, but NEVER a resolution to our problem. We’ve had shipments delivered damaged despite first class packaging. We’ve had shipments delivered piecemeal. We’ve had shipments delivered incredibly late with no meaningful tracking. And, contacting Interparcel asking for a resolution has been the only option in all of those cases, always resulting in a response, but NEVER resulting in a resolution. Further, Interparcel’s “insurance” offering is virtually useless – read their extensive list of “prohibited” items they won’t insure and you’ll soon work out it’s a con. Again… every single time we have asked for Interparcel for assistance has resulted in a response, BUT NO RESOLUTION. Customers (people like us) appear to be a nuisance that gets in the way of them keeping their transport company masters happy. Our most recent foray into using their service resulted in us being charged an extra $160 on top of an $89 freight bill because the freight company involved claimed a 10kg parcel was 3cm longer than we booked. Take it in… a $160 money grab, and although assistance was requested Interparcel responded as per their previous pattern, siding with the transport company, offering a word salad of platitudes, but no assistance. Small businesses need to use virtual courier companies like this to get reasonable rates, but PLEASE try all of the other options available to you first before inviting heartache into your life with Interparcel.

I had to take multiple days off work just to wait for them, and despite my efforts, they never turned up. Due to their lack of communication and unresponsiveness, I missed my delivery window, which caused me both financial loss and lost income from the time I wasted waiting.
I expected much better service and transparency, and unfortunately, I did not get either. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
