Samsung – I bought a Samsung mobi from Jacobs Direct. It arrived as ordered but was locked into an Asian language. I was advised to change to the English language, which is fine if someone can read and comprehend whatever characters were locked in. Never again. Quick delivery I don't read, write or speak any language other than English

No problems 6 months later – Bought 2 Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from Jacobs in Dec 12 and found everything good. There was someone at the Melbourne office when I rang to check on the order and the delivery was very quick and arrived quickly. Also provided an Australian adapter for the charger. Writing this review on the phone now so all working well. Would recommend. Easy website. Quick delivery

as I do not do phone or internet banking and was therefore unable to compy with the peculiar system they have employed. I was however lucky to find an after hours number for my bank and eventually find a real person who after a lengthy explanation of the secuity payment system (she had never heard of it either) managed to give me the info required to complete the sale.

So, aside from the wierdo credit card payment security, everything went well, and I would shop with them again. Good price. Great phone. Good service. Fast communication. X+ does cost a fair bit more than the X. Mini SIM card annoying, as old HTC Desire SIM did not fit.

Recommended seller – The Nexus 10 tablet arrived speedily and in good condition, with the correct charger for Australia. They even threw in an extra travelling plug. I am delighted with the unit. iPhone 4S black 64 GB – Great price for a great phone. Getting harder to get this model and was delighted that Jacob's Direct could get it for me quickly, with no dramas and most importantly, in a secure manner, both with payment and shipping.
