Absolutely awful customer service for a high end brand stocked in Myer & David Jones. Never received my parcel due to no fault of my own & all they could say was ‘sorry we can’t assist you any further’. I would be disgusted if this was my company.
Clothes are good quality unfortunately customer service and online portals make this company not worth dealing with. It took over 20 emails to the customer service email which also takes days to get back to you, multiple call (frequently no answer stating the line was closed at 1pm end of there day) as and a non functioning portal. Very Happy with Purchase – I recently bought 2 lovely matching shorts/shirt sets. One in black and the other in white . Great quality, very stylish and just what I was after. Jag for older women too! – I absolutely love my Sabine pull on pants, so much so, I own 2 pairs of the black as I want to wear them for years to come. Excellent customer service by Monica – Online order of a white dress. Delivered with a large black stain on front. Monica in customer service could not do enough to assist me. I'm surprised by the bad reviews - I've had a great experience! – I find it very hard to find jeans that fit but JAG always seems to come through. My order was received within a few days, the quality is great and returns (wrong size ordered) have been no problem at all. You do have to pay return postage for returns which can be around $9. Courier isn't really an option from WA, too expensive. I find the quality of the jeans to be good and sizing is generally true.

Will never purchase again!!! – So disappointed in the service I received from online customer service. and the special had finished. With numerous emails to get an answer, I asked if I ordered a different size could they please match the price , as now I have the shirt but no shorts. The answer was no! When questioned a few times I got a $20 voucher which was still no where near the price, and when I took it further I got a free shipping voucher, the shorts were still that high that the shipping was free anyway. I just couldn't understand why I couldn't get the sorts for the price I originally paid?? Apparently its their policy. I have now returned my shirt that matched with the 15 emails back and forth and a letter explaining, what I wanted. I got no response and a refund and they still took out shipping. I'm just so disappointed by this poor service!! I just wanted my shorts, for the price I paid, it wasn't my fault , it was wrong online!!

I wonder what happened with this season at JAG – Over the years I have bought few things from JAG. Great design and quality. But, this season simply had some failed designs and I ended up buying only a simple t shirt. Interestingly, when I look at their website, there is no Caucasian male model to be seen. A case of going woke? No accusations on my part, but it is well known that when the identity politics are your primary goal, the quality declines.
Jag cancelled my order but still charged me for postage??? – I ordered three items from Jag. I did not receive my items. I do not know why but Jag has cancelled my order. They have refunded me but not the full amount. Even though I never received my items they have charged me for postage.

I would not buy a Jag watch again – I purchased a Jag watch and only after weeks of the purchase, the clip in the strap broke. It did get repaired under warranty. In a short time after that, the watch kept losing time. I was told it needed a new battery. Many batteries later, (at my expense) it still lost time. They then serviced the hands on the face. it had lost time again. I have now lost count of how many times it has been in and out of repair. Currently, it is in for repair and I am waiting to see what the excuse is this time. It's not a watch it's a lemon.

Problem with the watch band catch – The band catch on the watch is not suitable i have had to replace the band after 6 months and now same thing has happened this problem should be fixed and i shouldn't have to pay for another band that the same thing will happen again

Watches – I have just been told that to replace a band on a watch barely worn I need to pay to have it replaced even though the year hasn't elapsed. Say it's wear and tear. Will be going to consumer affairs and making a formal complaint.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - IN FACT NONE!!! – Was given a Jag watch for Christmas and two (2) days later noticed the time was behind two (2) hours. Then again another two (2) days later. On returning the watch to the store where the watch was purchased, was told the watch had to be returned to JAG and would take at least four (4) weeks to replace the battery!!! What a joke. Will NEVER buy JAG again
Terrible fit and shocking return service – Purchased a men's jumper which was baggy and did not fit. The return policy for JAG in this day and age is terrible. No one answers their helpline phone and took me 10 calls and 3 days to return. Then I was told you can't exchange .. buy another one!! Not on your life! This time I went to SABA! I will never use JAG again... no customer service at all!!
POOR WORKMANSHIP AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE – I purchased a Jag wallet and matching keyring. Only used the wallet for two months and it is falling to pieces. It does not fit its purpose but no refund from Jag. Item cannot be used.
Very Disappointed With Jag – I am a woman in my 60. I used to love jag and shop with them all the time and was disappointed when they close their shop in my area. I started buying on line at first it was ok now their service is very poor and very slow. (sorry but I give up on jag).

being dismantled after I trekked with a baby a toddler across the shopping centre. Angry. I knocked on the window and all the staff just stared at me and then went back to packing up the clothes! Seriously?! Once again, website not updated to tell me another store had closed. I should have learnt the first time, but I honestly didn't think this could happen twice! They couldn't be bothered dealing with this apparently, so they just returned both. I emailed and told them that I had just wanted a size exchange on one top. The RUDE girl emailed back and told me to just repurchase. Firstly, I'd have to pay for postage (after all the petrol I'd used getting to two stores!), AND I'd used a $25 voucher which had now expired, AND I'd got the tops on sale, which had now ended - so I would be over $50 out of pocket doing it this way, purely to save them from doing their jobs. I got a rude email back basically saying, suck it and stop bothering me. Nice. Will never shop at Jag again (if they even have any stores left).
I contacted JAG on facebook to ask them where to buy JAG as I have been a customer for many years – JAG products. Do not buy JAG jeans online. I asked customer service where to buy their jeans as I used to buy them from their stores which have closed down. They told me to shop at Myer for their jeans. Myer tell me they do not stock mens fashion anymore. Do Jag know anything at all....
POOR ONLINE SERVICE – I ordered several items from Jag online. After waiting four weeks during which time I emailed and called Jag customer service, they refunded the money and said parcel was lost. Did not offer to try and locate the items. I will never order online from JAG again as it is a waste of time. I ordered other items from Myer, David Jones and Trenery during this time and they all arrived in perfect time.

Never buy anything from Online Store or you will be stuck with it even if it doesn't fit you – I ordered a pair of jeans from JAG online store. VERY DISAPPOINTING QUALITY!! Jag deserves less than 1 star – I received a JAG handbag as a gift earlier in the year. is just POOR WORKMANSHIP. I called Jag to discuss this with them and they referred me to Myer as this was where the bag was purchased. I took the bag to Myer East Gardens where I showed them the bag and they agreed that the bag was in good condition(except for the handle joins) but they were unable to assist in any way as this bag was "old stock". I asked that they either repair or exchange the bag but they were unable to do either.
I too in future will NEVER purchase a Jag item or accept a Jag gift . I will also no longer support Myer. I will take my purchasing elsewhere. I am very disappointed in the customer service that Jag (does NOT) offers and I will tell anyone I know of my experience..

money, held my money, made me believe the product I wanted had been purchased and completely wasted my time/energy. I can't buy it online and now I can't even buy the product I wanted in store because it's totally sold out (they had the largest sizes left only). If they'd told me - I don't know - 2 or 3 days ago I might have been able to purchase it at Myer in my size. This brand sucks and I will never, ever buy any of their products. I also signed up to their newsletter/online promotions and didn't receive a welcome email (which was supposed to offer a free postage coupon) until 3 days after I'd purchased the product I wanted.
