Tampered AirPod Pro – This review is only for this event. Usually, I do get good product and services. I used my miles to redeem an AirPod Pro. After 3 months, it stopped working. Toke it to Apple and they said the AirPods had no warranty, coz it showed signs of tampering and it was not a registered product. According to Apple, It’s probably an illegal item. I sent them the Apple’s report almost 3 months ago and the situation is not yet solved. I contacted Apple and they said they could help if I sent them the invoice. Contacted JMB and received a doubtful invoice issued by Munero Endless Rewards. So after further investigation, Apple said they were “unable to assist you with any servicing, repair or replacements for those AirPods since they have been deemed as not official Apple product”. So upsetting.

High quality JAL - wonderful airline - great program – I use JAL for mainly Japan domestic flights, business class. Many, many times......From checking in to leaving the destination it has been nothing but amazing. The Japanese quality ethos is alive and very well on JAL.... I have flown them a few times on international flights and very pleased of course.....But this is about JAL mileage bank.....And while I quietly accumulate.....I agree with the above reviewer it is very very good.....On domestic flights...you can fly 1 out of every 4/5 for free.....Which I do....

As I travel a lot with American Airlines......international and domestic....I use the points on them for the JAL international flights.....Very good value....and their international flights in any class - are superb.....

If you travel to Japan, or travel domestic within Japan.....JAL is a gem and their Milage Bank program is first-class. You should be aware that you can use Qantas points, and American Airlines points for your JAL trip too!!!

THE FAMILY Frequent Flyer program – I joined JAL Mileage Bank (JMB)over a decade ago and have found it to be THE best mileage plan available. Why? Because by paying a fee of less than $50 per annum, I was able to have all my extended family who travel placed under a FAMILY plan which means that we accumulate FF points from all in to one comunal bucket and can pool them to purchase a free flight for any of us.

We managed 2 Business Class flights to New York return in this way within 8 months of accummulating FF points.

Other programmes only allow you to garner points for yourself ONLY and if you wish to 'transfer' points charge you ludicrous amounts. This more often than not results in people 'losing' their hard earned points.

Added to the JMB card is that JAL is a top service airline so it is a pleasure in all experiences. Brilliant
