Excellent quality – I received a set of these as a wedding gift 13 years ago. They held up well but this year I decided to replace them with new versions. I love them. Great quality and I think that 13 years is pretty good so I hope to get the same use out of these ones. Show details

Would not recommend to buy – It’s coating came off within a year of use. I was only using for making egg, it use was minimal but still coating started to wear off. I take proper care of my non stick cookware but this is its state even after good care. It’s return policy is also not so straightforward I am still fetching to get a return on my product and no response yet. Show details

Red dot effect doesn’t stay – After about a year the red dot on my Jamie Oliver pan disappeared and there was no more non stick happening. I now have to use oil or butter to stop sticking. How do I remove the cooked on black stuff. I can’t scrape with a spoon which will scratch it, I can’t keep scraping away with my fingernail...ouchy. My pan is a few years old. Apart from this I do like cooking with my pan.

Poor Quality for a Renowned Brand – Lifetime Guarantee is a laugh – This was our second set, and we’ll never buy this again. The quality has changed and is not as hard-wearing as before. We had it for 1.5 years before having to throw it out because it was getting odd hot-spots and food were sticking. We never bothered to look up the warranty until once again the pans deteriorated (in such a short timespan).… Read more

They’re not cheap pans and shouldn’t be so dainty through regular usage – we’ve never used metal utensils on them, and always have been hand-washed with a soft sponge. Customer Service maintained it was negligent use!

Very disappointing, and we’ll never buy them again – nor would we recommend them to anyone.

For a renowned global brand, the customer service and aftercare are just at the other end of the spectrum – there’s no concern for customer retention. The customer service and after care is substandard – poor guidelines on warranty, and vague and poorly communicated outcomes.

Best Frypans EVER – I love love love my Jaime Oliver Adonised Frypans . I was sick spending money on frypans where everything stuck , they were hard to clean and truly a nightmare . I’ve had my frypans 3 years and they are as amazing today as when I first purchased them . To be fair , I was given some good , solid advice by the wonderful sales team at Myer . They… Read more ·  2

had been given extra training advice from the man himself Jamie Oliver . NEVER ever use spray oil on them NEVER use on the absolute highest heat ( that led me not to ever put in oven )NEVER after using , put water in pan . Wait until pan is cold . Even when using no oil at all , to fry eggs , omelette , vegetables anything , the pan simply comes clean . Obviously , do not use scourers on them . They can be purchased on special at half price if you search . It led me to purchase the large stew pot ( at half price ) , also a fabulous investment for risottos , spaghetti sauce and casseroles . All my friends now have the frypans and we all can’t speak more highly of them .

Perfect, Can't live without it – I have use my pans daily on a gas stove top and the coating has never peeled. I am not sure what happened with other people's products but if you look after the pans, as per the instructions (Hand wash, wipe out when finished) they will last. I have had mine for over two years now and there is no sign of peeling. In fact I am so impressed I… Read more ·  2

just purchased the entire set for both myself and my daughter.

"Cleaning by hand in soapy water is enough. The pan must be cleaned each time it's used to remove the film of grease that can stay on the surface. If the pan is only wiped with a paper towel or rinsed in water, the film won't be fully removed and may cook the next time you use the pan: stains may appear. Non-stick pans must not be cleaned with scouring powders or scouring pads. A nylon sponge is ideal for both the interior and exterior of the pan " ( USER MANUAL http://www.tefal.com.au/Cookware-%26-Kitchenware/Pots-%26-Pans/Jamie-Oliver-TEFAL-Hard-Anodized/p/R-jamie-oliver-hard-anodised)

Amazing – I LOVE my Jamie Oliver pans. 12 months old and as perfect as Day 1. I was disappointed that they couldn't be put in the dishwasher - but they don't need to be. Nothing sticks. I have put the bigger pots in the oven (up to 180 Celsius) and no issues. I can't understand the poor reviews.  Show details

Love my pan – I love my JO rack baking pan. It's Light weight, fits in my small oven but can make a large roast & veg for a family of 4 big eaters. It's like new after 9 months. Be careful not to scratch in the bottom of pan from the rack. Easy to clean if cooled down & soaked 1st. Lightly oil pan & place paper towel between rack & pan before putting away, must… Read more

read instructions on how to look after. I always use oven gloves, handles get very hot, I always do with anything that goes into oven. We also have a frying pan my son bought over a year ago, the handle never gets hot, ONLY if placed into oven.

Pricey but works great! – So far the non-sticking is holding up even after heavy (daily) use. The warm up heating does seem slower compared to other brands perhaps due to the hard anodised feature. Price is expensive due to Jamie Oliver's branding but hopefully it lasts long enough to justify it.  Show details

To or Not To use Olive Oil – I’ve been using the Jamie Oliver Tefal cookware for many years. I was told not to use olive oil when I purchased them. As I want to make healthier oil choices in cooking, I’ve started cooking with olive oil on a gentle heat. This has definitely affected the surface of the cookware. What are the manufacturing recommendations on this? Otherwise I have been happy with the quality and longevity Show details

Worst frypan ever, stay away from it – it sticks everything after two months and coating starts to come off very quickly after it. It is simply not usable and does not fit for purpose under the relevant Australian Consumer law.  Show details

Waste of money, going into the bin – I bought Jamie Oliver hard adonised pan set about 10 years ago, in my twenties, hoping that it would last a lifetime. They were okay, but over time my pans became non-stick with burn marks which are impossible to fix. Everything sticks to them & I can’t cook basic things like a fried egg or pancakes without them sticking. I’ve included a pic. … Read more

The red dot stopped working a long time ago.

I mistakenly assumed that a professional chef wouldn’t endorse such a poor quality product. Tefal also has many loopholes to avoid warranty. It’s not a lifetime warranty, if they deem it is user error - like many of the reviews have mentioned.

I just think that it is a waste of money and the earths resource, now that I have to dispose of this pan in the bin.

As another reviewer mentioned, Tefal was a good product when it was made in France. I have an old cheap Tefal pan which still works very well compared to this overpriced pan I bought at premium price from Myer!

Don’t waste your money – I bought the Jamie Oliver Tefal cookware around 7 months ago. The non-stick surface has already blistered and the red dot heat indicator is gone. On top of that when you contact Tefal they fob you off and refer you to their warranty where they state that they don’t warranty because of overheating. Note that Tefal is happy to sell you a product to… Read more

heat your food and also a product that can be used in the oven but then they will not honour the warranty because they hide behind the ‘overheat’ excuse. Don’t waste your money.

Everything sticks – My daughter gave me the Jamie Oliver Non Stick Frypan as a gift, probably about 3 years ago. I probably have only used this pan several times a month and hand wash it with a non abrasive cloth. Everything sticks, from Salmon to eggs. So disappointed as I am sure this was an expensive gift. Show details

Very disappointed – I am currently throwing out a wok and a frypan. The non stick surface is not non stick. I have looked after these 2 pans as a chef would - done everything right but after 12 months they're just a bunch of crap. Now I've got to go out and buy again when I thought I wouldn't need too. Very angry! Show details

at an alternative brand. Such a shame because I really do like them but I can't be going through this on a regular basis. Just shows $$$$$ don't always meet quality. This seems to be a problem with Tefel and they seriously need to address this issue.

Lifetime warranty? I dont think so! – PRODUCT FAILURE WARNING! Tefal, your Jamie Oliver Cookware is great! They have been my favourite pots and frypans for years. However the "LIFETIME WARRANTY" is not worth the paper it is written on. After a couple of years of regular use the surface on our non-stick frypan and pot roasting pot is failing. I am a chef by trade and have taken… Read more

very good care of our cookware. I follow all the care instructions; I only use olive oil (no Spray oil) and only silicone or plastic utensils. These have not been used in a commercial kitchen. These are what we use in our family home. The surface of the pots is not scratched or damaged but is failing and it is UNSAFE TO HAVE TEFLON FLAKING OFF INTO OUR COOKING. We use these to cook with most days and the surface of the pots is DEFECTIVE.

I contacted Group Seb through your Tefal website regarding the surface of our pots failing. I sent photos of the pots and eventually had to post the pots to Group Seb to be physically inspected.

I received my pots back in the mail with a letter from Group Seb agreeing that the pots are failing due to “NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR”

Your product comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY! If NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR is enough to make your products FAIL then DON’T OFFER A LIFETIME WARRANTY!

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity from Tefal. The pots are great while they work but you should not offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on a product that can't handle a couple of years of normal domestic use.

I will no longer be recommending your products to anyone as you are not prepared to honour your LIFETIME WARRANTY. If the product fails, that’s ok, Stuff happens. But the very least you could do is honour the LIFETIME WARRANTY you offer on your expensive and high quality products.

Teflon lasted less than a year – Really poor quality. Teflon around the bolts has peeled off. Avoid. Given to me as a Christmas gift but as I don’t know where it as bought from (and don’t like to ask my friend who bought it) Jamie Oliver online won’t replace it. Terrible service.  Show details

I have loved my Jamie Oliver pans and pots. Throughout my cooking life I have learnt that sometimes – Very easy to clean. Excellent product. I would recommend Jamie’s set to anyone. Particularly love the large deep pan. I love the versitily of going from stove to oven without using a heavy casserole dish which makes a dish super heavy to move.  Show details

Lifetime warranty only covers workmanship faults not the non stick coating – I was given a large frypan as a replacement for my original purchase as the coating was flaking off due to faulty coating. It has now been about four years and it is no longer non-stick. When I asked about the "lifetime warranty" I was advised it only applied to faults such as flaking or spotting not the non-stick coating. As the frypan has… Read more

darkened with use, they have advised that I have left the pan on excessive heat empty for too long and I caused the thermo spot to burn and this is why my pan is no longer non-stick. Only thing is I have never done this! Keep to the cheaper pans and keep turning them over when they are no longer non-stick. I am sure it will work out a better deal in the end.

Dont waste your money – Probably non stick for first month or so, now everything sticks. And super hard to clean. Cost a fortune and so over rated. Surprised Jamie Oliver would put his name to this crap. Soooo dissapointed  Show details

Frypan – Within first three months the frypan didn't sit flat on the cooktop. I took it back and it was replaced. Now 12 months later the non stick isn't non stick it's like ALL STICK . I previously had BESSEMER COOKWARE which lasted 15 years. I am not sure if all induction non sticks only last this long but for the price I paid this is disgraceful. I will never buy this brand again. JAmie Oliver should be careful about endorsing this project.  Show details

Terrible waste of a lot of money – really the only positive I could write is that they were great to begin with, but after approximately a year everything stuck and my food had bits of Teflon in it, I can not express how utterly disappointing this has been, the set cost me around $600 on special and for a single low income family this is a LOT of money, I felt I was buying a set… Read more

that would last me 20 years, it’s now been almost 3 years and I can not use them any longer and need to purchase new ones, and despite many attempts at making a complaint I have been ignored over and over again, I guess in the hope that I will just go away, I can’t even use most of the pans I purchased and the one I do still use which is the large frypan sticks like crazy and needs to be soaked for hours prior to being able to clean, I can see the silver shining through underneath the Teflon coating.

I would not recommend these to anyone nor would I recommend this company, as they fob you off and the life time guarantee is worth nothing at all!!!!

Poor Quality – I purchased 8 Jamie Oliver Wine glasses - they're pretty expensive, so I took care to hand wash and dry. However, that wasn't good enough the the bowls of the glass cracked down to the base. I would not recommend paying the high price for such poorly constructed glass, however attractive.
