Terrible customer service – Worst customer service ever. We do around 30-40 jobs a month with Jet courier for more than a year. There was a job that the driver said he waited for 20 mins in the warehouse. Tried to contact their management twice, no one looks after it. Then a third time, they pick up the phone and said they will not investigate it. The account manager said he doesn't have time to investigate it. He can do nothing. Show details

Shocking Company. Never use them – Shocking company, We have clear CCTV footage of their driver damaging our freight. They have totally denied any responsibility or compensation. Terrible customer service – It is sad to see smaller businesses being ignored because "they don't generate as much revenue as bigger companies and it's not worth our while." Repeating the same sentence to me again when I ask a question doesn't actually help or add any new information, it is just incredibly rude. Bad Customer Service – I cancelled a booking at 3pm and had the driver turn up the next morning so he left but I received a POD on my email so I rang them and get a rude woman saying it was cancelled by me this morning and that I have been charged $10 she kept asking who I talked to to cancel I do not remember the persons name so she will look into it...... Best courier I have used – I work in Cockburn Central and have used Jet Couriers in Perth constantly for 8 months and they have always been on time and provide a POD receipt when requested. On time, good rates and easy to deal with.  Show details

There are better courier companies – Ex driver. They will lie to you and their big clients only get the service and like all courier companies, once they have your money, they choose time of delivery. Everyone is pot luck.  Show details

Delivery time (what a joke) – Was told it would be a 45min delivery time with a direct delivery. Then when I called to see where my delivery was I was told very rudely by the person on the phone that no one can do a delivery is 45mins anywhere in Brisbane. Do not use – Damaged my property when delivering items and refused to acknowledge any fault or fix the issue. Clearly better options out there. Avoid at all costs!

Lost goods – Items sent from a business in Springvale Vic. Items never arrived. I phoned the Bayswater branch and was essentially told they were delivered and there for not our problem. the goods which they at first refused as they said it was not insured. I pointed out that insurance was for damage and not negligence. Took about 1-2 months of constant calling for them to make good on their mistake and reimburse me.

I would not use them again.

Terrible Company – Booked a job, they refused to do it after not allocating it to a driver 6 hours after the initial booking was made, when the turn around should be 4 hours. Accused myself of being stupid and rude. I work in a large Australian owed family business and guess what Jet, closing your account.

Terrible. worst courier company – I try to stay clear of jet as they are so unreliable and never on time.. 2 days late somtimes n even when they offer 2 hour fast service it has never taken 2 hours always comes next day. Shocking service wouldnt recommend to anyone

Best we have used – Jet seems to have the friendliest, happiest drivers. Always a delight to deal with. quick to book. I like that they will take a 4m length on a 1/2 ton service and don't charge extra for roof racks. We got a good deal with their rates. Only real complaint is that you have to book a 1ton for a pallet, when everyone else seems to do pallets on 1/2ton. Long lengths on 1/2ton service, friendly service 1ton for pallets,

Jet Couriers Perth – What a breath of fresh air for the courier industry in Perth. They have been operating for nearly a year and offer great service and customer service. I find their Operations staff knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended them to several of my customers and all have been happy with their service and professionalism. Keep up the good work Prompt and professional.

Jet Couriers - No Customer Service – Booked a direct service which is a triple charge and supposedly delivered within the hour. The job took two hours and when I complained to the Manager we received nothing but a rude confrontational attitude problem. I reccomend that no company who values customer services used this company, there are many courier companies in Sydney who value there customers. are honest and have not let me down. They are a lot like the 'old school' transport businesses that no longer exist.I get great customer service from both drivers and their office staff alike.

I have now engaged their services in Perth and Sydney also. Honesty - They do what they say, Comprable pricing, friendly faces. good, clean (not smelly) drivers It took me a while to get used to the way that they arrange their fleet, but now i am used to it, it is no problem at all.

within seconds. We work all around the Metro area and even out to country areas. I myself have been as far away as Terang, Western Victoria. I enjoy the variety. Just recently I have been borrowed by a client to drive their 6-ton truck. I would very much like to continue in this situation, because some one else is paying for the fuel! Terrible, Overcharged & rude! – Stay clear of Jet Couriers in Bayswater. Invoice is double the price they originally quoted. The courier was more than two hours later than organised and then they were abusive on the phone when we complained about there lack of service and overcharging. It took more than three hours and several phone calls to get them to change the bill back to the price quoted. I will never use Jet Couriers again! Expensive, bad service and late!
