Save Your Money+ – 2nd Karcher has died within warranty period but I have been told the 2nd one doesn't have the 2 year warranty as the warranty starts from the first one purchased! I queried why the battery dies so quickly and was told it is a lithium battery and it only lasts so many charges and then will no longer work! 3rd fail! – This is the 3rd Karcher window vac I've owned and this one will be going back to Bunnings tomorrow. The motor no longer works and it's only 6 months. Exactly the same problem I had twice before. A shame because I like the efficient way it cleans the shower screens. Show details

We both love it – I simply cannot understand why some reviewers rubbish this excellent product. screens. Not so! You have to first clean whatever you want to clean with a special attachment which is provided as part of the vac and only THEN you vac with it the dirty residue with it. Simple, effective German technology. The lithium battery obviously has to be charged. When fully charged you can vac for quite a while before it discharges. It is a good idea to have it fully charged before you start using it. The vac is slightly bulky but light. It is supplied with two squezes-wide and narrow. Our shower screens look like new now!! Highly recommended. I hasten to add that our model is Karcher WV 2 Premium. Whether it is the same as "PLUS" I have no idea.However, I suspect that it is the same thing, only the Premium has an upgraded little plastic bottle.

No just for cleaning windows – Bought this about 4 months ago & still haven't used it to clean a single window! single, so I can spare the time it takes to use the WV 2 to clean the shower after each use. I hate mould, dirty soap scummed glass & tiles & am delighted to say that the WV 2 eliminates all of these problems. After each shower I vacuum the glass & tiles (both walls & floor). I take particular care to vacuum the corners, as this is where the mould usually grows. Any areas along door frame edges etc. which the WV 2 cant dry, I use a chamois to finish the drying. I am happy to report that my shower looks sparkling clean every day. It takes about 2 to 3 minutes to complete the cleaning.

The builders should be finished in a few weeks, so I hope to try the WV 2 on my windows before too long.

My only complaint is that the liquid capacity is a bit too small & this means that the bottle needs to be emptied often. I am very happy with WV 2.

purchases to date! Usually it would take 4 bath towels to get my windows dry and who wants that every day! I only use the window vac on condensation so can’t comment on how it works when it comes to cleaning windows.

Best purchase of my life! – I bought this today as I’m going back to work and wanted to reduce cleaning times. It took me 10 minutes to clean all the mirrors and shower screens in my house and the shower screens came out cleaner than they were when we moved in to the house. Makes life easier for oldies – Works very well, don't try using other products than the Karcher cleaning fluid as they do not work as effectively on large glass surfaces. Could do with a handle attachment to eliminate bending. Show details

the inner city of Sydney, and they wanted me to a go to a suburb an hour away to drop off the product. Get it evaluated, and possibly fixed, which then involve me going back out to the same suburb - no option in shipping it there, or back to me. For a product I spend $120 on, not huge money, but the time off work, and cost of renting a hire car, twice, not worth it. It is unfortunate my experience of the product was so tarnished.

Total rubbish – Purchased window cleaner because of brand name. Biggest piece of rubbish. More streaks than anything used before. Do not buy this device. It is a disgrace they sell it. Karcher Window Vacuum WV 2 Premium – I purchased the WV2 from Bunnings in mid 2018. I have condensation on the inside of 4 large windows any time the temp goes near zero. I have not had any problems with the WV2 and find it works well if dragged horizontal at a slow pace. job on the whole. I have found that the head unit comes loose and suction is poor but I have remedied that by strapping the head down to the main body and it works a dream. I keep it on charge permanently and use it for about 20 minutes every morning there is condensation. It would take considerably longer drying the windows any other way so it is a real time saver. I would buy one again and I would recommend it to anyone in my situation.

Never again – Very disappointed with this product, took it back 3 times, they were sick of the sight of me! I will say that the staff at the place of purchase were great in replacing the product, but could not honour replacement a 4th time. Product needs to hang it’s head in shame.! Show details

Great waste of money – Had mine for ten months and has been great but the motor has died and because I don’t have receipt I can’t do anything with it except throw it out. NOT HAPPY . Won’t be buying another Karcher product ever. Show details

THIRD TIME NOT LUCKY! – Originally purchased Dec 2018. Used it FEB 2019 and was good. Used it again Jun 2019 - no power so had it replaced by Bunnings. Unable to return the extensions so have a $59.00 sponge mop! Will return to Bunnings for an actual refund or credit. Never again! When it did work it was great. THe last one I got left streaky windows tho!

Doesn’t last – Bought this and loved it, did a great job however after only a couple of uses the water reservoir began leaking and the battery stopped working. It was replaced and the same thing happened again after only three uses. Clearly this was an ongoing fault and probably why it has now been discontinued. have fixed the issue, I won’t be risking it again. Very disappointed with the quality especially since they are not cheap.

waste of money – I have just used my Karcher window cleaner for the first time, Now that I am inside all I can see are dirty streaks. Will have to go back out and clean all 20 of my windows again, the traditional way. Very disappointed to say the least.

Left streaks on glass – This is the second Karcher I've had. The first one worked well and then stopped after warranty period. Thought I would give them another try but this window cleaner didn't clean, left streaks on the glass. Maybe that's why it has been discountinued? Wont be buying another one! Show details

Dead Battery – So purchased in July 2017, used it less than 10 times and the battery is completely dead. It no longer holds a charge. It worked out to cost $9 per time I used it. Show details

for the best results.

The cleaning cloths used, needs to be wet before spaying the solution and wiping it over the windows. Streaks only come about from excess dirt so 2 washes may be required, any other minor signs of residue can be easily wiped away with a piece of paper towel. The whole process of cleaning my windows are done in a fraction of the orginal time and the window gleam with the soution provided, which i will definately continue to buy. I love my purchase and can recommend 100%

LESSON Learnt,as i had one of there pressure cleaners that failed after 18 months of use,No MORE KARTCHER rubbish for me.

It works! – It did not work the first time I tried as I did not wet the cloth attached to the squeegee. You also need to run the blade all the way from top to bottom to avoid streaking. Other than that, I am quite happy with it as this is an efficient way to clean windows.  Show details

It doesn't streak. Gone are the days of trying to dry condensation-coated windows with towels tor other types of 'material' to dry them, that leaves them looking ghastly. worth its weight in gold. It's probably the result of having a strip of closely packed brushes followed immediately by the rubber strip and the overall effect of sucking up the liquid instead of leaving it smeared elsewhere on the window. Long live the Karcher!

Don’t buy one – What a waste of money it left streaks even after cleaning the window three times they we’re worse than when I started. I watched the YouTube followed the instructions and it still was no good a $2 squeegee from bunnings and paper did a better job. It’s a big piece of junk.  Show details

Good product – If you have shoulder problems this product is great and easy to clean windows and mirrors without putting undue pressure on your shoulders or any more pain. The results are very good and clean, I was very impressed with this little machine. Highly recommend – This is as good as you see it work in the advertisements. Easy to use and gets perfect results. It took a couple of go's to get it right but once I worked out that you need to drag the vacuum down the glass fairly quickly to get perfect results, I was set! Very happy with it. Works great, makes window cleaning easy – Heard a lot about this product. Bought it mainly to clean the windows on the inside to avoid having to deal with dripping when squeegeeing. When turning on suction does not seem to be powerful but it is more than ample and it catches all the water.. Works well beyond my expectations.

Takes the hard work out of cleaning windows – I bought this little window cleaning tool from Bunnings and thought it may help a little, but it is much better than I thought. Cleaning windows both inside and out is now a relatively quick job that used to take hours. bottle ( no need for the Karcher branded cleaning concentrate), and the vacuum head sucks up the surface water very efficiently. Just make sure you wipe the blade between passes, and then go around the edges of the window with a microfibre cloth to mop up and excess water. The result is a streak free window with much less elbow grease than before and a much quicker job. Great to see a tool that does exactly as it is supposed to.

Cleaning windows is so easy now – Cleaning windows used to be a chore for me. Kacher has made it so efficient for me, just spray and scrub and vacuum up the residue of the water. No longer a pool of dirty water swimming beneath the window. The vacuum is easy to clean and light to carry. I even get my husband to try it and we are both amazed on how fast it takes to clean our windows now.

I have 2 both died within 2-3 yrs just after warranty so dont waste your money! Show details
