THIS PRODUCT IS UNSAFE – The peeler is UNSAFE. I emailed this photo immediately after my 3 year old son cut his finger while using and was condescendingly told (as if I wasn’t monitoring him) that they are meant to be used with adult supervision. All I am asking is to get a full refund (I bought 4 of them total) and be provided with a return label. The owner emailed… Read more

without responding to my queries and said “Why would you put such damaging words and try and destroy my business, I just don’t understand people.“ The website states they do not have to issue a refund unless they see fit. I would think this would have been handled a lot better considering the product is supposed to be SAFE at a minimum, and to then be treated as if I’m in the wrong for posting an honest review?

Horrible and abusive Customer Service – I was excited to get the safety knifes, something I have been wanting to try. So, I order 2 knifes, $40. I received an email from the Australia Post a few days later (I have an account so I receive updates on my email from my orders with tracking details). Saying it had been delivered. I was home and found it strange that they didn’t ring, I had… Read more

nothing in my letter box or downstairs, my neighbours that I know very well didn’t pick it up…

So, I write to the seller and to the post office. I was polite and said what had happened. The first couple of emails were already aggressive (“never heard of Aust Post sending an email to anyone”), a second one quickly followed with the law and that she had done her part, my issue now.

I felt there was no need for this aggressiveness, all I had asked was for help and that yes, it was in her interest to help me. The rants started there. At the 3rd email she finally explained the process and that she could claim a lost good if in fact it was lost all super aggressive and saying how much time I was making her waist. Aust Post said the postie had placed it in the letterbox (even though there is no photo proving) and they could do nothing else.

I sent this case number to the vendor and this lady Jacky just escalated the abuse. When I tried to only send her simple emails, she became more aggressive and nasty until (not proud to admit it) I lost it and called her a lunatic and that I would not stand the abuse anymore.

I can share all the emails and you can see for yourselves how unprofessional and abusive she is. I’m honestly shaken, I have never been treated like this. I have never experienced this level of customer service.

I worked hard for those $40, I chose an Australian brand instead of a cheap brand. I have nor product or money now. She assumed I’m scamming her. My letter box is small if it was sticking our someone could take it. It has happened before yes. And it’s not my fault. Aust post does not work that well as we all know.

To this lady, Jacklyn James, we are stealing from her, lying, she is the only one that works hard, she is not afraid of customers reviews, she can be abusive, mean, mistreat because she is entitled to. I’m also writing to the ACC. Even if I don’t get my money back, I will leave a formal complaint written. I am usually polite, and she made lose my calm. She is not kind, and she should not be able to treat people like this.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED!!!! – Will be accurate and factual. I made a mistake and purchased the wrong product online. I asked if I could send it back to get the correct product which the response was to pay a ridiculous amount into her account to send it there and back due to the fact that she has to respond to me at 9:15pm at night. I was nice throughout the emails but she… Read more

came off kind of aggressive and I asked her to please be kind to me and she became worse after this. In the end she did offer for me to pay postage of $9 and she would send me the correct 2 items however by this point I felt really down and confused why she was so angry at me that I didn’t want to get anything else from this company that I just left it.

Brutal customer service- the worst i've experienced yet – I didn't receive one of the items I had ordered and asked for a refund. I received quite a few lengthy, rude and accusatory, unprofessional texts from the owner. I am shocked! I would not be supporting this organisation on any level and hope that others might think twice before considering a purchase. Show details

rude rude rude people - AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Met yesterday at a carnival in cowes (victoria). We have 3 toddlers, were genuinely interested in the product. Copped pushy sales tactics and then outright abuse from the business owners.

Not necessary – I loved the idea of these and really thought they would help Mr 3, Miss 5 and Miss 7 get involved in the kitchen. The first thng I noticed was that the handles were quite flimsy and plasticy which made them hard for the kids to handle, especially when they got a bit wet (from cutting). The handle was too small for Miss 7 and she had to scrunch up… Read more

her fingers to grasp it. The sawing motion was really hard to do, even for me and was impossible for Mr 3. I ended up giving two of them general dinner knives to use instead and this worked far better. My advice would be to save yourself the money. 3 different colours to choose from. Handle was cheap looking and hard to grasp. The sawing motion was too difficult for younger kids.
