provide her feedback. She promised to send replacement which never arrived. Tried to follow it up but never received a reply since April 9. So now not only am I a bit disappointed with the product but with the customer service as well. I would have appreciated it more if they simply did not promise a replacement if they don't want to.

ordering I have ever done. I ordered Tuesday night and it arrived Wednesday WOW. This is a simple nursing cover, beautifully designed, ample fabric to cover what needs to be covered without feeling like you are using a bed sheet or oversized shirt. Best of all it was airy for bub she sweats alot with any covers so I am so happy, I didn't believe that this fabric would be so breathable because it felt a tad thick. The ridged neck line is a bonus to see bub feeding and the design is exquisite not like some I've seen out there. I mean when you use it everyone will know what you are doing of course, does not matter what nursing covers you use there is no way you could possibly breastfeed your baby without people knowing you are and who cares right but some designs are real eye catching and personally I rather not draw more attention. The cost is reasonable I wasn't going to pay so much for a nursing cover and I know there a plenty out there over $70 for what is essentially a piece of fabric but I also don't have the time to make my own. Kiss kiss hug hug nursing cover was in between, great price and great quality (honestly I could never make anything close to this) it's what every breastfeeding mother should get. I love it.
