great quality – i've had this machine since 2007,it's now the year 2015,it's never needed a repair job,mechanically it's in a1 condition,to this day it's been excellent in performance,the only thing you need to do like with all front loaders is,change that rubber seal every 5 years cos of mould on the seal.if something went wrong mechanically i'd be definately getting it fixed.

Excellent – I am very happy with this purchase. I purchased this machine sight unseen as they had just come on the market and hadn't been imported yet. I was given a Kleenmaid washing machine on loan for free to see me through until this one arrived as my old machine had died on me. The machine comes with a 10 year warranty which was a good selling point.

The Kleenmaid installers came punctually in the morning and installed with the minimum of fuss. They took the loan machine away as well.

It is very simple to operate and the instruction booklet is easy to read and understand. The control panel looks modern and functional. The buttons are metallic and not plasticy and I like the dial. The lcd display is easy to read.

The machine looks great in my laundry and is no bigger than a kleenmaid toploader.

It is really quiet and with the laundry door closed I wouldn't even know it is on.

I have a very large, sporting family and my washing has been greatly reduced. The bowl and door opening is huge and fits 10 kg of washing.

The clothes come out smelling fresh, cleaner and nearly dry with the 1200 spin speed.

Clothes dry on the line or in the dryer in half the time.

I usually wash the clothes on the 30 degree cottons cycle and it takes around 1 hr 20 mins. About 15 mins less if I put in on faster wash option for sweaty training clothes. The mixed coloured wash is even faster, but doesn't spin as fast as on the cottons cycle. But this can be fixed by just putting it on spin cycle and giving it a quick spin at 1200 for a minute or so.

All in all - very happy Looks great, simple to operate, clothes really clean, very quiet (even when spinning, large opening and fits a huge load. Nothing yet
