I know because I'm a Product Designer, easy to use controls without five thousand crazy options, much quicker wash times now, excellent spin dry and a hot wash option, extra rinse available, can change cycle within limits if you need to add extra clothes or change to the correct cycle, can easily cancel current cycle and start over, auto load sensing.. cool. However it is very heavy so you will need help or have a professional install it i.e. two big guys :D, also you cannot grab the control panel during installation because its not built to be a handle.. its a control panel. Be aware this is a big machine so be sure you have plenty of room to get it into your laundry space, i.e. measure your doorway size, machine is around 700mm wide and deep (add 100mm for hoses behind too) and around 930mm tall to the top panel! Overall a great quality machine that is built to last, made in Wisconsin USA.
