after never really hearing about them before they are awesome installation was easy as and it is so easy to fill up water jugs now with the higher pressure then the counter top filter takes seconds. Inexpensive for what it is and the filters only need to be changed every 6 months or so.

Would be better for the tap attachments to be made from metal as a previous reviewer has said I hope mine doesn't break as well. Customer service man was really prompt and helpful over the phone shame you can't order online though they would probably sell a lot more. But all in all I am very happy with purchase only day 3 of filter so fingers crossed. Everything easy, cheap, efficient and fast filtered water! Would be better to be a metal attachment but I've had no troubles with the plastic

Good – this was the best on-tap filter I could find on the market and is certainly the best I have had. Seems to filter out almost everything harmful but not flouride 100%. Easy to use and install, filters seem to last longer than competitors filters do not last long enough (2400L, approx 8 months)

Good – Great. I gave this as a present over Xmas to some health conscious friends, who needed good water but did not want to install a system (ie due to renting). Everyone loves it. as far as I can see this is one of the best on the market, especially if you look at the longer view (ie longer filter life). these products do look bulky on your tap.

Good – I have to point out the excellent after sales services these guys have provided. Aways helpful and quick to solve my needs. Highly recommended. No plumbing work needed, fits all kinds of taps, leaving flouride unfiltered. Can really taste the differences. The screw-on gold colour plastic adapter breaks if water pressure is too high. I recommeded to change that to metal.

Good – Recieved it as a present and have since purchased a second one for the second kitchen and am very happy with it. It's a great buy! Very compact filter and is lousy to switch between filtered water and tap water. It only comes in one colour.

Good – its a fantastic purchase because you 6 adapters that can connect to any tap in the house and undeniably this filter lasts longer than any on the market. i give it a 4/5 Water tastes GREAT!!!!!! and its soo easy to install, the tap water comes out in a jet stream

Excellent – great little machine. looks good and easy to install. my neighbour uses it. the filter goes for ever if you compare to Britac or others. like the ease of use for turning the filter on and off. fantastic tasting water with no fuss. great filter life and filtration level it goes on your tap so it is a bit bulky
