Tried booking a holiday. Once all my details were entered I hit the complete booking tab. A pop up on the top of the screen said unfortunately the price has changed etc. and sometimes this happens. cost of the holiday was approx $8400. The amount deducted from my account from Last Minute was $3863. I contacted them - they advised me that they do not have my details ie name, email or phone number, despite having an account. Not long after that I re checked my account and the transaction was gone. I called the fraud team from my bank. Indeed the transaction was reversed.

nothing was resolved. They gave me a priority number at qantas for customer support as their final option to get the issue resolved. Turns out you need an agency code to use that number. Support is absolutely abysmal. If you use them, you better hope there are no issues, otherwise you are on your own.

Wow I wish I saw these reviews before using them. I’ve booked accomodation however the confirmation details differ to what was actually booked. Impossible to speak to someone who can help (they all stated they cannot assist). My only option is to call an overseas number who can ‘maybe’ help. Good customer service – Booked a Jetstar flight and hotel package to QLD late 2021 through lastminute.com.au. Had issues with the flights due to Covid and wanted to increase dates for the hotel. Customer service was fast, and very helpful and even refunded changes in price. They talked to me regarding options late at night, although the call wait times were long. The trip ran smoothly after so yeah, pretty happy.

Excellent customer service – Cannot fault the service provided by last minute, we made a booking through them which had to be cancelled on the day of check in due to an overnight COVID lock down in our city. Compassion refund – This company went above and beyond when my family was dealing with health issues and my parents had a stay booked. We had to cancel unfortunately within a 24 hour time period and whilst my booking was unable to process a refund, last minute went above and beyond to process an entire refund after the hotel stay had passed. Be warned and stay far, far away from this company. Impossible to speak to a human and their website is difficult to negotiate. There is absolutely NO WAY they can justify their massive fees for a request to move our booking to the following week (not cancel it) due to severe and unsafe weather conditions in the area. Never, ever again.

to be able to contact them because when I used the app, I was told I was communicating to Expedia and not Lastminute. I then used Facebook and it took a lot of messages because people kept coming and going and each time a new person had to confirm what I had said to other people. Very frustrating indeed.

another room, which was just as bad. The receptionist said these were the “best rooms” and the other floors were smoking. My wife had to ride around Bangkok in a tuk-tuk at 1am to find clean accommodation, while my sons and I waited in the filthy lobby for hours. We paid again, out of pocket.

We contacted Lastminute the next day. It took days to get a response - they said the hotel manager refused a refund, and that was the end of it. I’ve now submitted multiple written complaints, requested our chat transcript (a legal right), and received no formal reply. They continue to insist on phone calls instead of responding in writing - extremely unprofessional for an online travel company.

We’ve escalated to Consumer Protection WA, OAIC, and are initiating a chargeback. Avoid Lastminute.com entirely.

I couldn’t find any correspondence from Lastminute with the name of the hotel anywhere. I was then stranded with two kids having nowhere to go. I was forced to secure emergency accommodation at an exorbitant price. To make matters worse, I was still charged for the hotel I couldn't stay at. After months of back-and-forth communication and multiple emails, Lastminute refused to issue a refund. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I will certainly not be booking with them again.

answered the second time. When we finally spoke, they asked if I wanted to remove the FullFlex package, which I accepted. Yet, over a month later, they still haven’t refunded me.

Their customer service is unresponsive, and their replies to complaints are misleading. I’ve documented all interactions and reported them to The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). This company’s predatory and deceptive practices are unacceptable. Stay far away from lastminute.com!

confirmation of the flight change. However, due to a gross error on Lastminute.com’s part, these changes were not communicated to the airline. We only discovered this mistake at the airport when we were told by the Qatar Airways manager at the check-in counter that our tickets were not confirmed. Imagine the horror of being stranded at the airport with two young children, ages 4 and 8, and being told that your tickets are invalid!

Despite trying to contact Lastminute.com’s customer service multiple times, we received no help. In the end, we were forced to purchase new tickets at an additional cost of 273,000 forints just to get home. This last-minute expense was not only a financial burden but also caused significant stress and anxiety for my children and me. We were literally running to the boarding gate, crying and panicking, and barely made it onto the flight.

Adding insult to injury, when I contacted Lastminute.com afterward to demand a refund and compensation, their response was a flat-out refusal. This is completely unethical, especially considering that the mistake was entirely theirs. I was essentially scammed into paying twice for the same flight!

I am now considering legal action and strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid Lastminute.com at all costs. They have demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility and customer care, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Save yourself the stress, financial loss, and heartache—book with a more reliable service.

Fraudulent Customer Service – After cancelling my booking Lastminute initially tried to tell me that the hotel had charged them and therefore I was not eligible for a refund. I contacted the hotel directly and they said they did not make any charges. Only after pushing the point with Lastminute did they acknowledge I was entitled to a refund. Bravofly is lastminute it's a scam – This company is a scam, i got scammed in 2020 with them, and i have been avoiding them ever since, last month i booked with BravoFly, and had the same scam, addition of insurance, no refund ..etc ..etc when I reach to customer service just noticed it's LastMinute, avoid them at all cost, they will upsell, and scam you at every point without your concent. Show details
