Premium Economy at a reasonable cost. All communication with travel consultants was excellent. Then we were well looked after with our stay at the Eastern Oriental in Penang and Shangri La in KL and could only rate both hotels as excellent!! Airport/hotel transfers were on time . flight food. We didn’t have food on flight after ringing three four time to trip a deal problem not solve in my return flight from Tokyo to Brisbane. The Hotel were excellent. On top of booking we have to pay per day $10 AUD to guide which were not inform by Trip A Deal. Very lass time given on each and every place. No option for vegetarian breakfast in all Hotels in Japan.

terms and conditions, which is when I realized you can't actually get your money back. They also prefer to do everything over the phone—especially payments—using high-pressure techniques, and then they only email you the full details after the fact.

Due to health reasons and their high-pressure methods, I wanted a full refund but was denied. I would not recommend going with Global Work and Travel. If you do, make sure you read the very complex terms and conditions on their website thoroughly first. Even then, after this experience, I’d prefer to do it on my own.

invoice that clearly, boldly stated that payment of balance not required until June 2026. In January, the story changed. We were now required to pay a further deposit of $12000 immediately to secure our trip and, by the way, our flight costs had increased by a total of $4800 despite initial assurances that the quote definitely covered our requested flights. We cancelled in January (9 months ahead of planned trip) and were informed that a $1000 penalty would apply, and that the balance of our deposit would take up to 12 weeks to refund. This despite assurances from the actual cruise line, the airlines and the accommodation venue that any cancellation that far ahead would not, from them at least, require a penalty. We regard ecruising's approach to be classic bait-and-switch misleading advertising and have lodged a submission with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission accordingly.

The Tours that were included were spectacular, especially the Gordon River Cruise and Cradle Mountain. The itinerary information provided for every step of the way was extremely helpful.

Our only challenge was the Budget Hire Car in Hobart, which resulted in fees paid unnecessarily for items covered under Travel Insurance. Their customer service was not great at explaining and providing clarity. Australian Escapes responded to my call for assistance almost immediately and have pursued the matter to a satisfactory resolution.

The accommodation chosen for us was conveniently located and mostly well appointed for us to self cater where possible and of a high standard.

Amazing holiday had by the four of us. Thanks so much Alvin.

organised with a great sense of humour. The bus driver was so skilled at navigating India’s chaotic streets and there is NO WAY in the world we would have seen so much in the time frame we had if it weren’t for both of them. A special shout out to Amreesh (the water boy on the bus), who kept our drink bottles topped up with fresh water, handed out lollies and always greeted us with a warm smile. The bus was always kept immaculate inside and out. We did the Inspiring India tour and found the pace to be full on but we wanted to see as much as possible and we were happy with how it all went. The hotels were more than fine. We were in India. The meals were delicious and there was always more than enough. The tipping fee that we gave to the tour guide at the start of the tour worked out great for us because we find tipping quite difficult, so it was a relief to hand over the money and let him take care of everything. Would I do it again? Absolutely.

about this company or this house. It’s just a poorly maintained money-grab.

• Dirty and Infested: We arrived to sandy, dusty floors and a kitchen and bathrooms infested with ants.

• Zero Quality: They charge premium rates but give you the cheapest, nastiest soap. No body cream, no basic comforts.

• Ugly & Neglected Deck: The deck is in terrible condition and looks ugly. It urgently needs sanding and oiling; it’s clear they haven't maintained it in a long time.

• Broken Appliances: The coffee machine was broken, the screen doors are munted, and the spa water was so foul and smelly it was a health hazard.

• Non-Existent Service: I contacted Professional holiday homes Saturday morning and they ignored every call and email for over 48 hours. They only replied at 4 PM on Monday.

• They Suck: I have called them more than 5 times about clothes I forgot at the house, but they are just unresponsive. No call back, nothing!

They eventually sent a cleaner who did a "low-level" job and couldn't fix anything. You pay for luxury but get a neglected house and a management team that hides from customers once they have your money. Avoid them.

more expensive interconnecting rooms, no rooms. Once the mistake is made and it is re-sold, it is gone. Bad start to our holiday. Terrible! Very disappointed.

Original review:"Not happy. 1 week to go and we are all stressed before travel. I went in months ago specifically to book interconnecting rooms on Disney for my 5yo and 7yo. All booked, rooms assigned, and paid for. Another person wanted to join us, so I said ask him to ask agent if that is possible.

Now, no interconnecting rooms and nothing. 1 week to go. Not happy!!!"

sickening phlegmy cough (most unpleasant to be seated near) day after day. It took very little time before spreading to others. I am upset and disappointed that my trip was spoilt by such circumstances . Being coughed and sneezed on for 8 days was no fun for this over 50 year old.
