LG Side by Side Door GC-B197NFS / GC-B197WFS

We love it – We bought this LG side by side fridge 5 years ago. We just love it. We don't have any trouble with it althought we move house so many time include from state to state. Not like another expensive brand fridge, engine broke down when we moved from QLD to ACT. Our fruit and vegetables can last lot more longer than another brand fridge. Carrot and celery always keep crunch. We are thinking buying another bigger LG water and ice dispenser side by side fridge. Keep vegetables last very long Ice making tray is not really good

Good fridge but – The fridge is easy to keep clean and it looks good. It is perhaps a little noisy but this is the first double door fridge we have owned so that might be normal. We can't seem to stop the bottom crisper from freezing no matter what we do to the temperature settings. We have wasted a lot of good food due to the freezing so will probably get a new fridge. Good fridge overall but the bottom Crisper drawer freezes vegies which seriously detracts from overall utility Bottom crisper drawer freezes vegies. Perhaps a little noisy

Good – overall a good fridge looks great and a nice finish plenty of room and easy to keep clean. Shelfs are of good height and depth easy to find food.Fast freeze kids love can of drink cold in 15 mins nice looking priced ok terriable ice tray freezes vegs in bottom draw

Good – Really happy so far with this fridge. I think the finish on it is perfect and leaves no finger marks..very important if you have kids! The finish on this fridge is really nice, the handles have a matt finish and the fridge is not overly shiny and the best thing is it does not show finger marks. I decided against the option of ice/water in their other model as it took way too much space from the frezzer. and we have not been disapointed. The frezzer space is excellent. Not much we dont like, maybe others would not like the fact the egg box is a seperate plastic box that sits on the shelf and doesnt have seperate holes to hold eggs (instead on the usual in the door moulded version) but this doesnt worry as as we keep eggs on the bench. The ice tray you have to fill only half way in order for the ice to flip easily out, but again that doesnt bother us too much. The tempreature reading on the front i thought would adjust and would read the fridges actual temp, but it just reads the temp you have set it at, so it doesnt seem that useful, I would rather a clock then the fridge temp display.
