Bad – The fridge came with the house I just bought. We discovered that the water filter and icemaker didn't work. The filter needed changing so I bought 2 filters, for $190 (they were allegedly more expensive if you only bougtht 1) plus $20 shipping. You can't just go into a store and buy the filters. Still the ice-dispenser and water dispenser didn't work. I thought it might be fixable by a chat with a technician over the phone to make sure I hadn't done something wrong since I'm unfamiliar with the fridge. No. No-one will talk to me. I have to pay $88 minimum for a service fee. The girl on the phone was rude. The fridge cost the original owners $3,500. Not worth it. The fridge is not that much better than an ordinary fridge and I can make my own ice. There's lots of space and flexibility and it works efficiently. The fridge is only 4 years old and the crisper drawers keep falling off their tracks. The Water dispenser and icemaker have stopped working and the filters are VERY expensive!!!
