Terrible – the worsted air con ever made doesn't work when hot wasted $8000 thanks lg for riping me and my family off.have had them out to test it and said it was ok we expect to must ....please $8000 we expect more don't buy one cuts out when temp gets over 32 noisy
Terrible – Had full unit fitted 4 years ago, works ok in winter. But as soon as it gets hot no hope. The outside unit has even been replaced in the second year. So for 4 years now a product we purchased to keep us cool in summer has never worked in summer, as it keeps breaking down. Total waste of money. There is none The thing just does not work

Couldn't agree more - I have an LG ducted system and it has been horrible. The worst part about it? That they continually blame the filters for the system breaking down....Are you telling me that $2 filters are the critical part of a $8000 system. Seriously. Don't bother.
